About the team The Solutions Core Experience (SCORE) team is AWS’s UX organization within Applied AI Solutions, dedicated to “Making the Future Feel Close.” Founded in 2025, our growing team of designers, technologists, researchers, and managers creates intuitive, AI-driven experiences across sectors including customer engagement, global logistics, and healthcare. We also support secure work solutions and foundational engineering services that help ship innovation at scale. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market.
