Senior Product Designer
Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us both upgrade and simplify our internal software systems. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys designing a software system from the ground-up; builds strong, collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and business stakeholders; facilitates feedback sessions to ensure the end-user is top of mind in every design; and has an eye for turning complex processes into simple, intuitive software experiences that scale effectively. This role is intended to be a full-time position; however, we may consider a project-based consulting arrangement for the right candidate. Essential Duties/Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end product design for an internal software platform * Own moderately complex projects and initiatives end-to-end, not just tasks, with guidance from product and engineering stakeholders * Surface project ambiguity early and identify potential blockers, proactively proposing actionable solutions * Prioritize deadlines effectively, balancing speed, quality, and craft to consistently deliver polished, production-ready assets for development handoff * Maintain organized, scalable component and asset libraries, enabling effective, efficient collaboration with development * Collaborate closely with a small engineering and product team in an agile environment * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback from end users * Build close, cross-functional relationships with product managers and engineers * Design for diverse user personas with varying permission levels, technical proficiency, and task objectives * Create intuitive workflows that consolidate functionality from multiple legacy systems * Ensure accessibility considerations are baked into all designs Education/Experience/Qualifications * 7+ years of product design experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or enterprise software design * Proficiency with Figma, including component libraries and prototyping * Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, functional interfaces * Experience working on major system migrations * Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to advocate for design decisions * Background in construction, engineering, project management, or industrial software preferred * Understanding of enterprise software constraints (security, compliance, integrations) \Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
