Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Business ROI on Tech Deployments: Total annual financial value unlocked, revenue protected, or manual hours saved from business requirements successfully executed by the technical team. * Requirements Acceptance Rate: Percentage of business requirements packages delivered to Product Ops that are accepted into development without major revisions, scope creep, or structural alignment friction. * Operational Friction Reduction: Overall percentage reduction in cycle times and manual touchpoints across corporate crewing, scheduling, back end and labor operations workflows. Requirements: * Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a highly strategic product management role. At least 3+ years in a people-management or team leadership capacity. * Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven track record of successfully interfacing with technical, engineering, or product development departments.
