What Success Looks Like =========================== Members and athletes improve measurable outcomes, with progress and next steps documented. Coaching quality and member experience align with company-wide standards. Assessments are executed with clinical-grade consistency and clear client communication that drives value. Essential Functions and Responsibilities ============================================ 1) Direct Coaching, Programming, and Member Outcomes Maintain an active coaching caseload and schedule, delivering high-quality personal training and performance coaching sessions. Apply appropriate programming principles to create individualized training plans for general population, tactical, and high-performance athletes as applicable. Use objective data (assessment results, readiness, training history, recovery inputs) to drive programming decisions and communicate the “why” clearly to clients.
