The product is live and used daily in hundreds of healthcare facilities, just a few months after launch. We are scaling fast. The CDS segment (health centers, ~€20–50k ARR per account) is one of our top priorities, but we still address it in an unstructured way. This is a full-cycle new-business role: you own everything from cold outreach to signature, and you build your own territory. Your mission Generate €600k ARR in year one in new business on the CDS segment, owning the full cycle from prospecting to signed deals. Expected outcomes 1 month: Get up to speed on our pitch, our product, and our market (types of centers, buying journey…) Make your first prospecting calls , demos , and initial sales conversations Open your first multi-stakeholder opportunities 3 months: Build a stable pipeline , generating at least 10 meetings per week and a healthy book of active opportunities Improve our call scripts and email sequences Work closely with the Ops team to ensure smooth deployments Identify weak signals from the field and feed into the product roadmap Full autonomy by month 3 on pitch, product, ICP, and qualification 6-12 months: Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site, multiple stakeholders) Contribute to structuring our sales playbook Participate in training new Sales hires (onboarding, coaching, sharing learnings) What the role looks like day to day Build your own pipeline Generate qualified meetings across every sales channel: cold calling first, plus email, LinkedIn, events, and networking Create your own network and get referred to new decision-makers Run phoning, email campaigns, and inbound screening from day one Own the full sales cycle Map accounts and manage multiple stakeholders (center directors, group GMs, practitioners, secretaries) through a considered cycle Deep discovery, sharp pitch, and efficient closing with center decision-makers Master the Vocca sales playbook to move deals stage to stage Work closely with Ops to ensure smooth deployments Make the engine better Keep Attio (CRM) spotless and your week tightly planned across prospecting, meetings, and networking Surface field signals into the product roadmap and improve our scripts and sequences What sales look like on the CDS segment Deal size from 15K to 65K (~30K average) 1.5 month sale cycle, multi-stakeholder ICP: health centers (centres de santé) This role is for you if The prerequisites: You build qualified pipeline from cold. You've done real cold calling on cold targets: people you're interrupting, not warm inbound or an existing book you upsell. You know how to create a network and earn referrals from new decision-makers. You've run mid-market deals end to end. You've personally sourced and closed your own deals for at least 1 year, on multi-stakeholder cycles (~€30k average basket). You map accounts, listen actively, and you're convincing and assertive in closing. You have a solar, high-energy presence with the gravitas to deal with center directors: health centers rewards organized, senior sellers, more structured. You adapt your posture and vocabulary from group GMs to practitioners and secretaries with the same professional posture. What we'll evaluate in interviews: Demanding with yourself, highly coachable: your track record shows you don't settle for the status quo (academic, athletic, or professional over-achievement; you hit or beat your targets). No ego: you take feedback, apply it next time, and stay curious about a sector you may not know yet. Team-first: you put collective success before personal recognition. Problem solver, not problem builder. You question yourself when things don't work. Rigor, discipline, organization: you plan your week, arrive prepared and on time, keep the CRM discipline tight. In France we sell to imaging centers, to networks and health centers, and to independent practices. We have tested many acquisition channels without measuring them properly, so we can't say which one works best or for which type of practice. Our website is made to be read: a visitor can't try the product, estimate a return on investment or compare us with the alternatives. In the US, paid acquisition starts from zero. The target is set: 100 MQLs in Q4 2026, then +30% every quarter. We are hiring the person who will own that number. You report to Pierre, Head of Marketing. Your mission Build Vocca's inbound lead engine. You own paid acquisition and website conversion, in France first and then in the US, and you are accountable for the quarterly MQL target: 100 in Q4 2026 and about 285 per quarter by the end of 2027. Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript) - Integrations

Paris$70 - $90,000/yr

Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better. Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care. Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time. Want to shape the future of healthcare? Join us ! Discover our company culture and values Here is a product teaser Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest Articles on our A round ( techfundingnews , Maddyness , les echos , our blog ) The problem you will solve Every medical practice runs on software that holds its calendar and its patients. There are dozens of different ones. Most were built twenty years ago and some have no API at all. To book an appointment during a call, our AI agent has to read and write in that software in real time, while the patient waits on the line. Nobody else has managed to build this. On several of these systems, Vocca is the only integrator in the world. This is also the team with the most direct impact on the business. A clinic whose software is connected to our agent does not switch. Retention, pricing power, our lead over competitors: it all depends on these integrations. The next step is writing back. Today the agent reads and books. Tomorrow it updates records in EHR, PMS and RIS systems, which raises the reliability bar a lot. In the US, we are opening the dental software ecosystem, with the compliance work that comes with it (HIPAA, SOC2). The long term vision is simple: the agent becomes the action layer between patients and everything the front desk used to do by hand. The integrations are the road to get there. You would be building that road. What you will own The architecture of our booking layer. Today it is code written provider by provider, under pressure. It is becoming one unified layer in TypeScript that can handle the rules of each medical centre and where adding a new software takes days, not weeks. Speed and reliability at more than 1 million calls a month. A call to a clinic software can take several seconds, and the patient cannot wait. You will decide how we detect a booking failure in a clinic within 24 hours and what a healthy integration looks like. The hard integrations that nobody else wants to do. They are what makes Vocca hard to replace. How the team works. Engineering team is growing fast and will organise in squads. You will define how this one works: reviews, documentation, technical decisions. You will be one of the most experienced engineers in the company and we will expect you to act like it. Stack TypeScript everywhere (Node, monorepo), PostgreSQL, REST and SOAP APIs from software vendors. We are migrating our last Python services to TypeScript over the coming months. How we build We use AI seriously. Agents in every workflow, Claude Max provided. A migration estimated at 3 months was done in 2 weeks. For this role we are looking a the senior who frames the work first, sets guardrails and reviews carefully. We ship the version that works, then fix the last 1% when it shows up. With AI, this trade off is much cheaper than before. But the judgment about what not to touch is yours. We talk every day with the ops team that deploys clinics and the support team that hears when something breaks. What we expect from you First week Get onboarded on the stack. Ship your first fix on a live integration. First month Own one integration end to end, from the software vendor to production. Write down how our booking layer should evolve. First 3 months The unified booking layer in TypeScript is the standard. Adding a new software takes days, not weeks. We detect a booking failure in any clinic within 24 hours. 6 to 12 months Our first US integrations run in production. The integrations team has its own way of working, and you have hired at least one engineer into it. Who does well here 4+ years building backend systems in production, mostly in startups or fast growing companies where you had to decide with incomplete information. Strong in TypeScript and Node. Or a strong backend engineer in Go, Python or Java who is clearly ready to become strong in TypeScript. You have integrated systems you did not control and you know the difference between a clean API and the real world. You had good practices before AI: strong system, clean refactoring and a good nose for the risks of generated code that nobody tested. You can say no, reduce the scope and explain a technical decision to a founder in two minutes. Process: 4 steps 45 min with Nans, Talent. 45 min with Pierrick, Head of Engineering. 1h30 in our office with the engineering team, with live coding without AI and a real conversation about architecture. 30 min with Hugo, CTO. Then references and an offer. When the match is obvious, we have made an offer in 24 hours. You get feedback at every step. Practical Paris, rue d'Alexandrie (Sentier), new offices. 70-90K + BSPCE. Hybrid 3 days at the office. Claude Max provided. We aim to keep the process within 30 days . You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout. Why should you join Vocca? An entrepreneurial adventure , with a supportive, high-energy, execution-focused team A product already live , with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI) A true scaling phase , with everything still to build Real responsibilities from day one We hire people, not roles. Software Engineer (TypeScript) - Platform

Paris, A8, FRFrom $15/yr

Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better. Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care. Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time. Want to shape the future of healthcare? Join us ! * Discover our company culture and values * Here is a product teaser * Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle * Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest * Articles on our A round (techfundingnews, Maddyness, les echos, our blog) The problem Every medical centre has its own rules. Who can book what, with which practitioner, at what time, what to do with an urgent case at 6 pm. Today these rules live in prompts and in the heads of our ops team. Each new clinic takes hours of manual work, and the ops team is the bottleneck of our growth. We are building the platform that removes that bottleneck. A scenario engine where the behaviour of the agent is structured configuration, not free text. A self-serve onboarding where a clinic connects its software and sets itself up. A dashboard where the medical staff stop executing and start supervising: the agent handles the volume, humans check what matters. This is the difference between selling a service and selling a product. Every feature you ship here changes how fast Vocca can grow. What you will do * Build features end to end on the platform: backend, dashboard, and the internal tooling that deploys clinics. You own a feature from the spec with the ops team to production. * Work on the scenario engine and the self-serve onboarding, the two biggest projects of the team this year. * Ship to more than 1,000 medical staff who use the product all day. A small change has an instant impact, which is rare for a team our size. * Learn from senior engineers who have built products before, and push them back when you think they are wrong. Stack TypeScript everywhere, backend and frontend (Node, monorepo), PostgreSQL, a design system written in code. We are migrating our last Python services to TypeScript over the coming months. How we build * We use AI seriously. Agents in every workflow, Claude Max provided. A migration estimated at 3 months was done in 2 weeks. If you have built your own agent workflows, you will feel at home. If you want to learn, you will not find a better place. * We ship the version that works, then fix the last 1% when it shows up. In healthcare that only works with rigour: tests, small changes, no untested refactoring. * We talk every day with the ops team that deploys clinics and the sales team that sells the product. No silos. Who does well here * 2 to 5 years of experience shipping production software, ideally in a startup where you have seen what fast really means. * A strong academic background (top engineering school) is a plus. A track record that speaks for itself works just as well. * Comfortable in TypeScript and Node. The exact framework matters less than your fundamentals. * You know how to scope and cut. Saying no is worth a lot here, because the AI always says yes. * You want your work to be used, not just reviewed, and you like seeing the company grow. Our first engineer arrived with one year of experience. Eighteen months later he was leading a team. We hire on trajectory, and no engineer has left since day one. What we expect from you First week * Get onboarded on the stack. * Ship your first improvement on the dashboard. Senior Product Engineer (TypeScript) - Platform

Join us ! Discover our company culture and values Here is a product teaser Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest Articles on our A round ( techfundingnews , Maddyness , les echos , our blog ) The problem Every medical centre has its own rules. It decides how fast Vocca can grow and how many clinics one ops person can support. The long term vision is simple: a clinic signs, connects its software and is live within days, without a single developer involved. You would be building that. What you will own The product and its architecture The architecture of the scenario engine and the configuration model. One product that handles the rules of thousands of medical centres without becoming a swamp. The self-serve onboarding, from the backend to the dashboard. Today a clinic deployment went from days to under an hour thanks to internal tooling. The next step is zero developer ticket on a standard onboarding. The dashboard our clinics use all day. Fast, reliable and clean enough that a medical secretary prefers it to the phone. We take frontend quality seriously and we have just created a product designer role to raise the bar. The technical roadmap of the platform, built with the product manager and the ops team. You decide what we build first, what we build simply and what we do not build. The quality bar What "done" means on the platform: tests, reviews, monitoring, and what we check before a change reaches 1,000 medical staff. Reliability in production. When the dashboard or an onboarding breaks, you own the fix and the reason it does not happen again. The team The engineering team is growing fast and will organise in squads. You will define how this one works: reviews, documentation, technical decisions. You will work daily with a confirmed engineer (2 to 5 years of experience) who joins the platform team at the same time. Their growth is part of your job. You will take part in hiring the next engineers of the team, and you will help onboard them. You will be one of the most experienced engineers in the company and we will expect you to act like it. Stack TypeScript everywhere, backend and frontend (Node, monorepo), PostgreSQL, a design system written in code. We are migrating our last Python services to TypeScript over the coming months. How we build We use AI seriously. Agents in every workflow, Claude Max provided. A migration estimated at 3 months was done in 2 weeks. For this role we are looking for the senior who frames the work first, sets guardrails and reviews carefully. We ship the version that works, then fix the last 1% when it shows up. With AI, this trade off is much cheaper than before. But the judgment about what not to touch is yours. Every change lands in front of more than 1,000 medical staff who use the product all day. We talk every day with the ops team that deploys clinics and the sales team that sells the product. Who does well here 5+ years building full-stack products in production, mostly in startups or fast growing companies where you had to decide with incomplete information. Strong in TypeScript, backend and frontend. A real eye for interface quality and the discipline to follow a design system. You have turned a manual process into a product before, or you really want to. You had good practices before AI: solid system design, clean refactoring and a good nose for the risks of generated code that nobody tested. You can say no, reduce the scope and explain a technical decision to a founder in two minutes. What we expect from you First week Get onboarded on the stack. Ship your first improvement on the dashboard. First month Own one feature end to end, from the spec with the ops team to production. Write down how the platform should evolve. First 3 months The first version of the scenario engine is in production. A standard clinic can be onboarded without a developer ticket. 6 to 12 months Most new clinics are live within 7 days. Clinics configure their own rules in the dashboard. The platform team has its own way of working, and you have hired at least one engineer into it. Process: 4 steps, fast 45 min with Nans (Talent). 45 min with Pierrick, Head of Engineering. 1h30 in our office with the engineering team, with live coding without AI and a real conversation about product architecture. 30 min with Hugo, CTO. Then references and an offer. When the match is obvious, we have made an offer in 24 hours. You get feedback at every step. Practical Paris, rue d'Alexandrie (Sentier), new offices. 70-90K + BSPCE. Founder Associate to the CEO - End-of-studies internship (2K€/month, Paris, January 2027)

ParisFrom $20/yr

Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better. Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care. Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time. Want to shape the future of healthcare? Join us ! Discover our company culture and values Here is a product teaser Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest Articles on our A round ( techfundingnews , Maddyness , les echos , our blog ) Context Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer patient calls, book and reschedule appointments, and free up time for medical teams. Following our $20M Series A, we are a team of 50+ across Paris and New York, and 250 healthcare organizations use Vocca. Eliott (CEO) and Hugo (CTO) have more topics to open than time to work on them: the US launch, new verticals, new countries, a finance function to structure. Maxime, our Chief of Staff, turns their priorities into projects, and his own scope is growing fast. We are opening a Founder Associate internship to give them leverage. You report to Maxime and work on the founders' priorities, in daily contact with the three of them. The role is open to business and engineering profiles. Your mission Take on the topics Eliott and Hugo cannot dig into themselves and bring each one to a result they can use: a quantified recommendation they can decide on, a model or a process the team works with, or an experiment with measured results. Expected outcomes After 1 month: You know the product, our customers and how each team works, in France and in the US You have delivered a first project from start to finish, scoped with Maxime After 3 months: The US sales team works from a target account list you built from our usage data, with the enablement material that goes with it You have presented a first quantified market study to the founders (a new vertical or a new country): sizing, segmentation and a go or no-go recommendation The Chief of Staff team uses a financial model you built, on unit economics or on an expansion scenario After 6 months: You run two or three recurring topics on your own You have designed and run at least one growth experiment, from hypothesis to a statistical reading of the results, with a recommendation to scale or stop At least one of your recommendations has become a company decision What you will work on You cannot list everything a Founder Associate does. This is what your day-to-day looks like. Market exploration Run quantified studies on new verticals and new countries: market sizing, segmentation, go-to-market modeling Run product and competitive benchmarks Bring structured recommendations back to the founders Growth and US sales enablement Design growth experiments and measure them: hypotheses, metrics, statistical reading of the results Build target account and call lists for the US team from our usage data Produce the enablement material the sales team needs Finance structuring Build financial models with Maxime: unit economics, expansion scenarios, sensitivity to pricing assumptions Build the reports used to steer the company Run the analyses the founders need to make a decision Public affairs Follow the regulation of AI in healthcare and the public debate around it, and flag what affects us Map the public bodies, health authorities and professional organizations that matter for Vocca, in France and in the US Prepare the founders' meetings with them: briefs, position notes, follow-ups Founder branding Make Eliott and Hugo known and listened to in two communities: the healthcare professionals who buy Vocca, and the talent we want to hire Run their content with them: LinkedIn posts, talks, events Track what works with each audience and adjust Ops playbook, depending on your profile Depending on what you thrive in, business, engineering or something else, you can also take ownership of pieces of our Ops playbook: the process by which we deploy a voice agent in a new clinic, from configuration to go-live. Map each step and instrument it with the right data Find where time and quality are lost Redesign the process so it scales from hundreds to thousands of sites without growing the team at the same rate Beyond this list Depending on what you are good at and what you want to learn, you will pick up other topics: recruiting, internal operations, internal communication. This role is for you if Requirements: You are in your final year at a top-tier engineering or business school and looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027 You have already built something: you ran a student society, launched a project, or worked in a demanding environment such as a startup, a bank or a consulting firm You are fluent in French and English What we will assess: You understand fast, and you can turn a vague question into a structured answer with a recommendation You have strong business sense. You will work with the founders and Maxime every day You are at ease with numbers and data: you can build a model, size a market and read the results of an experiment You are very autonomous and organized. You manage up: you say what you need, raise blockers early and follow up without being asked You are entrepreneurial. You know the startup world, you love tech, and you want to start a company one day You are AI literate and understand how an AI product works You break silos: you move easily between teams in Paris and New York You keep asking how you could do better and have more impact Nice to have: programming notions, which help on the Ops playbook. This role is NOT for you if You want a fixed scope. Your topics will change with the company's priorities You only want to work on strategy. A good part of the job is execution: building models and lists, running experiments, keeping a report up to date You need close supervision to move forward After the internship We built this internship as a way into Vocca. If it goes well, we want you to stay full time, in a role we define together based on what you did best. Compensation and benefits €2,000 gross per month 6-month end-of-studies internship (convention de stage), starting January 2027 Based at our Paris office (2nd arrondissement), with possible trips to our New York office paid by the company MacBook provided Meal vouchers and 50% of your Navigo pass covered Annual offsite and team events throughout the year Hiring process Video call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 min) Video interview with Maxime, Chief of Staff (30 min) On-site business case with Maxime (1h) On-site meeting with Eliott, CEO, and/or Hugo, CTO, followed by a coffee with the team (1h) Offer We aim to keep the process within 30 days . You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout. Why should you join Vocca? What we'll evaluate in interviews: Demanding with yourself, highly coachable: your track record shows you don't settle for the status quo (academic, athletic, or professional over-achievement; you hit or beat your targets). No ego : you take feedback, apply it next time, and stay curious about a sector you may not know yet. Team-first: you put collective success before personal recognition. Head of Talent Acquisition - 80-100K package + BSPCE

Join us ! Discover our company culture and values Here is a product teaser Eliott's interview for Welcome to the jungle Eliott's quick interview for Speedinvest Articles on our A round ( techfundingnews , Maddyness , les echos , our blog ) Context Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments for healthcare providers, so their teams can focus on care. We are 50 today. We've just raised a $20M Series A led by Norrsken, with the founders of Alan and Datadog, and we're opening the US from New York. In 2027, we'll hire 60 to 80 people across France and the US. How well we execute these hires will directly decide whether we hit our business goals. Talent Acquisition is the last function we haven't built in-house. Today it runs on freelancers, and every transition means starting over: new onboarding, relationship to rebuild, company story to re-explain. We're now hiring the person who will build and own this function for the long run, as a member of the COMEX. Your mission Build the team and the system that let Vocca hire 60 to 80 people a year at the pace and quality level the business needs, across several countries. You set the recruiting strategy with the founders, you build and lead the TA team, and you personally own the hardest hires. Expected outcomes Improve our recruiting model, based on quality over quantity: with the founders, you've sharpened how Vocca hires (who owns what between TA and hiring managers, where we raise the bar, where we cut steps) and turned it into a hiring plan mapped to business needs, by team and by country. Every hire meets the bar, even when volume goes up. A TA team built from scratch: from today's freelance setup to a team of 4 to 6 recruiters by end of 2027, in France and the US, with the right mix of permanent recruiters and freelancers for speed, quality and cost. 60 to 80 hires delivered in 2027 at the expected quality bar. A scalable recruiting system: playbook, scorecards, referrals system, tooling and dashboards live, with tracked KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, probation validation, quality of hire). AI across the funnel: a recruiting AI strategy you designed and own, with a measurable gain in team productivity. Critical roles closed: senior and critical hires closed by you at first. Autonomous hiring managers: HMs trained on the key recruiting skills, and high satisfaction among HMs and leadership. Employer brand and budget: employer brand live in France and the US, team budget respected. What you'll own Strategy and planning Refine the recruiting operating model with the founders Translate the business plan into a hiring plan and a team budget, then own both Build and lead the TA team Hire your own team (5 to 6 recruiters by end of 2027) across countries, and set the freelance vs permanent mix Train your recruiters until they're autonomous, structure the team, and manage the development of your direct reports Build the playbook, methods, and tooling that make the team scale AI in recruiting Define and own Vocca's AI strategy for recruiting, from sourcing to closing Test, keep what works, drop what doesn't Own the hardest hires Recruit senior and critical roles yourself, especially in the US, and know when to delegate and when to own the desk Help hiring managers formalize their needs (scorecards) Build direct sourcing channels that don't always rely on headhunters Run processes end to end Beyond hiring Train and advise hiring managers on the key recruiting skills Build Vocca's employer brand in France and the US Work with the People team on topics connected to recruiting: key people, onboarding/offboarding, probation validation etc This role is for you if Prerequisites: 6+ years in recruiting, including building and leading a TA team in a scaling tech company: you've managed recruiters, set up a playbook and tooling, and managed direct reports. You've deployed AI tools in a real recruiting workflow, and your opinions come from what worked and what failed. Fluent in French and English, based in Paris. What we'll assess: Business acumen: you understand how a company works, you know the tech market, and you tie hiring to revenue and budget. Data-driven: you diagnose funnel problems with data and make both strategic and operational decisions from it. Ownership: you move without being asked, stay engaged when things get hard, welcome feedback and see things through. Leadership: you know how to sell the company and yourself. Senior candidates see you as Vocca's first showcase, and your team follows you. Multi-country hiring: you can run recruiting across several countries at once, with different markets, comp standards and candidate expectations, even when you're not based there. Nice to have: A US hiring track record. Experience outside TA: ops, sales, consulting, or building a company. This role is NOT for you if You want to step away from the desk once your team is in place. Here, you stay close to the hardest hires. You see TA as a support function that executes requests, not a COMEX seat that shapes business and hiring decisions with the founders. AI in recruiting is something you've read about more than used. Compensation OTE between €80K-100K Equity (BSPCE) Perks and benefits Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8-12 RTT days per year (depending on the year's public holidays) 4 days a week in our offices in Paris Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company) EGYM Wellpass (Gymlib) Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered Annual offsite and multiple team events throughout the year Hiring process Screening call with our Hector, Head of Talent Part-time (visio, 30-45min) Hiring manager interview with Maxime, Chief of staff (visio, 45min) Business case with Hector and Maxime (on site, 1h30) COMEX fit with Eliott (CEO), Hugo (CTO), Julie (Head of Ops), Charles (Head of Product) and Max (on site, 30 min for each duo) Reference checks Offer We aim to keep the process within 30 days .
