Our technology team is at the forefront oftransforming how TCC underwrites, manages, and optimizes its portfolio — andthis role sits at the center of that transformation. About the Role This is not a traditional systems analyst role. As a SeniorAnalyst, Underwriting Systems \& Portfolio Intelligence , you will sit atthe intersection of real estate finance, data engineering, and applied AI —serving as a force multiplier for TCC's acquisitions, development, and assetmanagement teams. You will own the systems, workflows, and analytical toolingthat power how TCC evaluates deals and manages its portfolio. That means you'llbe as comfortable in a financial model as you are in a data pipeline — andyou'll be the person who makes both smarter. This role reports into TCC's Head of Technology and works inclose partnership with TCC’s deal and portfolio management teams and CBRE'sbroader technology organization. What You'll Do Underwriting Systems \& Automation Own and continuously improve TCC's underwriting technology stack. Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive steps in the deal underwriting process through automation — reducing cycle time from initial screening to investment committee submission. Build and maintain standardized underwriting template, data intake workflows, and approval routing logic that scale across markets and product types. Partner with deal teams to translate deal logic into repeatable, auditable system processes. Portfolio Management Intelligence Support the evolution of portfolio management workflows that are on Excel environments and integrate them with a centralized portfolio management application. Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data feeds that give the portfolio management team real-time visibility into portfolio performance, risk exposure, and capital deployment. Maintain and improve data integrity across portfolio systems, ensuring consistency between operational platforms and reporting layers. AI \& Deal Intelligence Apply AI and machine learning concepts to help TCC distinguish signal from noise in deal evaluation — surfacing patterns in market data, comp sets, rent trends, and project economics that inform better investment decisions. Work with internal and external data sources (CoStar, IM Insights Research Hub, Snowflake) to build deal-scoring models and early warning indicators for underperforming assets. Partner with TCC's Head of Technology to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI tools that accelerate underwriting accuracy and reduce analyst time on low-value tasks. Document and maintain AI-augmented workflows with appropriate governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Stakeholder Partnership \& Change Enablement Serve as the primary technology partner for TCC acquisitions and portfolio management teams — translating business needs into system requirements and technical solutions into plain language. Lead end-user training, documentation, and adoption efforts for new tools and workflows. Act as a liaison between TCC business teams and CBRE IT and external vendors. Log, prioritize, and resolve system issues in partnership with vendors and internal support teams. What You'll Bring Required 3–6 years of experience in a technology, data, or analytical role within commercial real estate, investment management, or financial services. Hands-on experience with CRE underwriting processes and financial modeling — you understand how a deal gets built and what makes it work. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex model construction, structured data management, and automation via macros or Power Query. Working knowledge of CRE platforms such as Yardi, CoStar, or comparable systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive practical solutions. Excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences with confidence. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, large language models, or automation tooling (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripting, or AI-assisted workflows). Experience working within a CBRE-affiliated or institutional CRE environment. Understanding of data governance principles and structured data management practices. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus. Why This Role TCC is investing seriously in the technology that willdefine how institutional real estate gets underwritten and managed over thenext decade. This role offers direct access to that work — with the support ofa dedicated technology leadership function, the scale of a top-five nationaldeveloper, and the resources of CBRE behind it.
