The Engineer III / Senior Engineer role supports a range of technical assignments across operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for applying engineering expertise to evaluate, design, and improve systems and processes while ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations. This role may be filled at the Engineer III or Senior Engineer level depending on experience, scope of responsibility, and demonstrated capabilities. You will manage engineering deliverables and guide design progression through key milestone phases, including 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews. You will coordinate multi-discipline engineering efforts across mechanical, civil, and structural systems, while also overseeing third-party engineering firms to ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and accountability for deliverables. Working closely with project managers, you will help execute project plans by aligning delivery strategy, budgets, and resource planning. You will actively identify and mitigate engineering risks, resolve design gaps, and support procurement efforts by developing material requisitions and ensuring equipment aligns with project requirements.
