Senior Program Manager/Technical Program Manager (Engineering/Product)

PaxosNew York City, United Statesonsite

About Paxos Paxos builds the regulated infrastructure powering the digital economy. Our technology and licenses enable the world's leading companies to issue and move tokenized money and assets, safely, instantly, and globally. From powering PayPal USD to building the Global Dollar Network, we're setting the standard for trustworthy digital finance. The Opportunity We're hiring a Program Manager/Technical Program Manager to work directly with the Head of Engineering Operations & Delivery to make the engineering and product organization faster, sharper, and more effective. As a Program Manager (PgM) or Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Paxos, you will sit at the intersection of traditional finance and the frontier of blockchain technology. You won't just be managing schedules; you’ll be the primary driver of execution for regulated infrastructure that moves trillions of dollars in assets. In this role, you will navigate complex dependencies across engineering, product, and other functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products across the Paxos portfolio. We are looking for a high-agency leader who thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technical intuition, and is obsessed with building the financial plumbing of the future. You'll be an AI-native in how you work. When you see a manual process, your instinct is to build a system. When you're synthesizing information across teams, you'll use AI to do it in hours instead of days. You'll bring this disposition to everything: evaluating requirements, running strategic initiatives, improving operating rhythms, and helping leadership make better decisions faster. 1. REGULATED PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & COMPLIANCE Paxos operates in a uniquely high-stakes environment where "moving fast" must be balanced with "moving correctly." As a PgM/TPM, a significant portion of your focus will be ensuring that technical roadmaps align with stringent regulatory requirements. You will bridge the gap between engineering velocity and the rigorous audits, security reviews, and compliance milestones necessary to maintain our position as a trusted, regulated institution. 2. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONING & DEPENDENCY MANAGEMENT Our products are deeply interconnected. You will be responsible for: - De-risking technical execution: Identifying "single points of failure" in project timelines. - Infrastructure Scaling: Managing the rollout of scalable cloud architecture to support high-throughput financial transactions. - Stakeholder Synthesis: Translating complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for leadership. 3. ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE & OPERATIONAL RIGOR You will be the guardian of the "how." This involves optimizing the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure high-quality code deployment without sacrificing speed. You’ll focus on: - Metric-Driven Progress: Implementing KPIs that measure team velocity, system uptime, and deployment success rates. - Incident Response & Post-Mortems: Driving a culture of continuous improvement by leading technical retrospectives. - Resource Allocation: Ensuring engineering bandwidth is prioritized toward the highest-impact initiatives while maintaining technical debt. Over time, the scope will evolve. You may shape which product bets we fund, lead the operating model for how we evaluate and pursue new opportunities, or take on emerging product domains. The common thread: sound judgment, operational rigor, and a bias for building systems that make people faster. WHAT YOU'LL DO STRATEGIC PROGRAMS & PROJECTS - Lead cross-functional programs and projects that span teams and functions: platform improvements, pricing, analytics, cross-product workflows, process redesign. PROGRAM OWNERSHIP & INTEGRATED PLANNING - Ensure every initiative has complete PRDs, Technical Design Documents, and Delivery Plans with clear objectives, scope, success metrics, timelines, and key risks before work begins - Maintain a single integrated plan capturing milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury - Proactively manage sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, and escalations CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION DURING BUILD - Drive a structured intake and kickoff process for cross‑team work: confirming goals, success metrics, and scope boundaries with all contributors. - Keep a single source of truth for status, decisions, risks, and owners throughout the program (e.g., shared docs, boards, and structured updates). - Ensure Operations, Data, Compliance, and Treasury readiness tasks (process updates, documentation, training, approvals) are sequenced to land alongside engineering milestones, not after launch. - Facilitate decision‑making by surfacing structured options and tradeoffs, rather than ad hoc escalation, so leaders can quickly unblock teams. OWNERSHIP OF IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING & LAUNCH READINESS - Own the end‑to‑end test strategy for cross‑team initiatives: integration flows, end‑to‑end functional scenarios, negative/edge cases, throughput/performance checks, and regression suites. - Coordinate UAT and shadow validation across non‑prod and prod‑like environments, define Go/No‑Go criteria, and align rollback/mitigation plans ahead of launch. - Partner closely with engineering and ops to instrument monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for the new or changed flows (e.g., on‑chain events, wallet balances, reconciliation checks, signing errors, fiat settlement mismatches). - Ensure that launches are “audit‑ready” with clear evidence for controls, testing, and approvals, reducing downstream work for Compliance and Audit. DEFECT MANAGEMENT, RESILIENCE & INCIDENT LEARNINGS - Proactively surface defects through scenario testing and failure injection, especially in asset lifecycle and rails flows. - Maintain a living RAID log with clear owners and impact assessments - Work with Engineering and Operations to feed incident learnings back into design, test coverage, and runbooks so that each incident improves the underlying systems and processes rather than just fixing symptoms. COMMUNICATION, DOCUMENTATION & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT - Partner with Product, Engineering and other teams at Paxos to optimally translate business requirements into technical requirements - Produce concise, structured documentation of program objectives, architecture decisions, and operational impacts so that new joiners and partner teams can quickly understand context - Provide regular, predictable status updates (written and verbal) tailored to different audiences: - Engineering teams: blockers, dependencies, upcoming milestones - Product/Business: timeline, scope, customer impact - Leadership: key risks, tradeoffs, and decisions needed - Ensure all key decisions (e.g., scope cuts, design choices, risk acceptances) are captured in a durable place, not just in meetings or instant messages. PRODUCT OPERATIONS - Build and improve the operating systems that drive product decisions: planning cycles, reviews, decision frameworks, launch readiness. - Identify inefficiencies and fix them through automation, AI-powered tooling, or process redesign - Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that help leaders decide and move. - Create leverage by building repeatable systems. The goal is not to be in every room, but to build the frameworks and tools that make the right things happen without you. ABOUT YOU - Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management and operational execution in a high-growth and/or regulated environment. - Product-first thinker. You evaluate everything through: what's the user problem, what's the fastest path to learning, and what actually moves the needle. You apply this lens whether the "product" is a partner integration or an internal operating process. - AI-native. You use AI tools daily to do your actual work, not as a side project. You've built workflows, prompts, or lightweight applications that changed how you or your team operates. When you encounter a repetitive process, your instinct is to automate it before anyone asks. You think in terms of systems and leverage, not just effort. - Strong commercial and analytical instincts. You can understand commercial aspects of a deal, assess trade-offs, model scenarios, and evaluate whether an initiative is worth the investment. - Exceptional communicator. You can write excellent documentation that clarifies a complex decision, build a framework that a team actually adopts, and hold your own in a room with execs and internal/external partners. - Comfortable in ambiguity. You build a structure where there is none. You don't wait for someone to define the role, you define it by what you ship and execute upon. - Deep curiosity for technology and how systems, integrations, and networks scale. Bonus if you've worked in regulated or financial infrastructure environments. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - The product and engineering organization operates with measurably improved clarity, focus, and velocity, and you can point to specific systems, tools, or changes you built that caused it. - Strategic programs and projects delivered with measurable outcomes, not just completed tasks. - You've built AI-powered tools, frameworks, or workflows that the team actually uses, and that made a process meaningfully faster or a decision meaningfully better. - You've killed or deprioritized at least one workstream that wasn't delivering value, not just added new ones. Important Notice for Paxos Applicants We’ve become aware of fraudulent accounts posting as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms. These scammers attempt to deceive applicants into paying for job opportunities or providing personal financial information. To verify a legitimate Paxos recruiter: - We only use @paxos.com emai

Product Manager, Platform

Brain Co.San Francisco, California, United Statesonsite

About Brain Co. Brain Co. is building the infrastructure that turns advanced AI research into real-world impact. We work at the frontier of productionizing AI for complex, high-stakes environments—particularly in government and regulated industries where manual workflows still dominate. Our mission is to make AI systems reliable, scalable, and dependable in the real world. That means going beyond demos and models to build robust platforms that support complex workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, and production-grade reliability at scale. About the Role We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to help shape how shared systems and foundations evolve as the company scales. The role focuses on spotting patterns across what teams are building, deciding when it makes sense to standardize, and ensuring foundations and shared components help teams move faster without adding overhead. You will work closely with engineering to balance speed and consistency, making thoughtful decisions about what should be shared and what should remain flexible. We are looking for someone with strong builder instincts, who knows when to step in, when to step back, and how to maximize overall impact. In This Role, You Will Identify repeated engineering patterns and delivery friction across products and customers. Determine when a shared system or standard should exist versus when work should remain product-owned. Partner with engineering to define clear interfaces, ownership, and readiness expectations for shared systems. Ensure shared foundations and components become the easiest and safest path for teams to ship. Evaluate adoption and real-world usage of shared systems and use that feedback to guide iteration. Keep platform processes lightweight and grounded in real delivery needs. Protect product team velocity by avoiding premature standardization or unnecessary coordination. Create clarity across teams by making ownership boundaries and expectations explicit. You Might Thrive in This Role If You Have shipped and scaled real systems and understand delivery tradeoffs. Bring a technical or builder mindset and strong product judgment. Know how to introduce standards without over-constraining teams. Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact decisions with incomplete information. Communicate clearly across engineering and product. Bias toward speed, leverage, and practical outcomes over process. What Success Looks Like Product teams ship faster with less duplicated effort. Expanding a product to new customers or regions requires significantly less incremental work. Shared systems see broad, voluntary adoption because they are genuinely useful. Platform work reduces friction rather than introducing new bottlenecks. Decisions about standardization are clearly grounded in real usage and outcomes.

Sr. Product Operations Manager

SmarshNew York, United Statesonsite

From $170,000/yr

Who are we? Smarsh empowers its customers to manage risk and unleash intelligence in their digital communications. Our growing community of over 6500 organizations in regulated industries counts on Smarsh every day to help them spot compliance, legal or reputational risks in 80+ communication channels before those risks become regulatory fines or headlines. Relentless innovation has fueled our journey to consistent leadership recognition from analysts like Gartner and Forrester, and our sustained, aggressive growth has landed Smarsh in the annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing American companies since 2008. Product Operations is the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. As Senior Product Operations Manager, you will own the systems, processes, and rituals that enable our product organization to move faster, ship with more predictability, and make better decisions with data. This role reports directly to the SVP of Product Operations and is a high-visibility seat that directly shapes how we build and deliver product at scale. Without strong product operations, fast-growing product organizations accumulate process debt, ship late, and lose alignment. This role exists because the way we operate is a competitive advantage. The person in this seat will have direct influence on how the entire product organization functions and will be visible to product leadership and the executive team from day one. How will you contribute? * Design and continuously improve the operating model for the product org, including planning cadences, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and launch checklists. * Define and own the product metrics infrastructure: what we track, how we report it, and how those insights drive decisions across Product, GTM, and leadership. * Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to eliminate friction in cross-functional execution, from roadmap to release to revenue. * Lead and operationalize product launches end-to-end, coordinating dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder readiness across teams. * Identify and close gaps in product lifecycle management, including updates, deprecations, and end-of-life processes. * Build and maintain a single source of truth for product operations documentation, process standards, and best practices. * Surface and manage risks in product development and launch cycles before they become blockers. * Identify and drive adoption of AI tools across the SDLC, from requirements generation and sprint planning to testing, release documentation, and post-launch analysis, measuring impact on velocity and quality over time. What will you bring? * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a directly adjacent operations role within a SaaS or tech company. * Demonstrated ability to build and scale cross-functional processes that improved execution speed or quality, with specific, measurable outcomes. * Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product and business metrics; you can move from raw data to a decision-driving insight independently. * Proven experience managing complex, multi-team product launches. * Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work, using AI to accelerate requirements writing, competitive research, sprint documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder communications, with a track record of measurably improving product velocity or team output. * Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative development methodologies. * Clear, direct communicator who can operate at the individual contributor level and in the executive boardroom. * This role has direct exposure to product leadership and the executive team from day one, requiring the presence, preparation, and judgment to operate credibly at that level immediately. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience building or maturing a Product Operations function from the ground up. * Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Gainsight, or similar product and analytics platforms. * Experience at a company that has scaled from Series B through IPO or equivalent growth stage. * Experience working within a private equity-owned company, including familiarity with PE reporting cadences, portfolio-level expectations, and operating under return-driven mandates. What do we offer? * Healthcare insurance: We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a flexible spending account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. * Stock options. * Personal time off: A healthy work-life balance is critical to your success at the office. Smarsh offers a “take-what-you-need” time off policy as well as flexible work arrangements. * 401K Match: Smarsh provides a 4% 401K match for which employees are fully vested on day one. * Sabbatical: The Smarsh sabbatical programme provides a time to recharge, study or simply do something you are passionate about away from the workplace. Employees are eligible after six years of service. * Recognition: We’re big on kudos for a job well done. Our employee-recognition programme enables co-workers to nominate their peers who best embody our core values for recognition. $170,000 - $190,000 a year The above salary range represents Smarsh's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process. The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer. Don't meet every requirement? Apply anyway! We value diverse candidates and encourage applications, even if you don't perfectly match the job description. Lead Product Operations Manager

Teladoc HealthUnited Statesonsite

$145,000 - $165,000/yr

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care. At Teladoc Health, you are empowered to bring your true self to work while helping millions of people live their healthiest lives. Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we’re transforming how better health happens. Summary of Position The Lead Product Operations Manager plays a critical role in strengthening how Teladoc Health builds, delivers, and scales products. This role is responsible for designing and evolving the systems, processes, tooling, and operating rhythms that connect product strategy to execution—enabling Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to focus on high-quality decisions and meaningful outcomes. As a senior individual contributor within Product Operations, this role acts as an extension of Product leadership: identifying friction, eliminating operational overhead, and building scalable, self-service systems that improve alignment, transparency, and execution across the product lifecycle. You will work across discovery, planning, delivery, and learning loops to ensure teams have the right inputs to make decisions—and that product outputs translate clearly into business and member impact. AI Operations is a key focus area within this role , serving as a force multiplier for Product Operations excellence. You will help teams thoughtfully adopt AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency, documentation, planning, research synthesis, and decision support—while ensuring solutions are practical, responsible, and embedded into how teams actually work. AI is not the goal itself; it is one of several levers used to modernize Product Operations and increase leverage across the organization. This role requires strong systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without authority. You will lead high-impact operational initiatives, partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data \& AI, and Business leaders, and continuously evolve the Product Operating Model to support scale, speed, and clarity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Core Product Operations Excellence * Design, evolve, and operationalize the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that connect product strategy to execution across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and planning through delivery, learning, and iteration. * Act as an extension of Product leadership by identifying friction, reducing operational overhead, and creating clarity through scalable, repeatable, and self-service product operations practices. * Build and maintain frameworks, templates, and artifacts that embed product strategy into day-to-day work (e.g., planning, roadmaps, requirements, decision logs, reviews), not just quarterly presentations. * Establish and improve mechanisms that provide Product teams with the right inputs—customer insights, performance data, strategic context—to support high-quality, timely decision-making. * Create visibility into outputs and outcomes by enabling clear roadmap alignment, progress tracking, and impact measurement across teams and stakeholders. * Support and continuously improve Product team rituals and forums (e.g., planning cycles, reviews, leadership updates), ensuring they drive alignment, accountability, and learning without unnecessary bureaucracy. * Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, U ser Research, Data \& AI, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities, dependencies, and customer needs. * Apply systems thinking to assess how tooling, workflows, data, and people interact—designing solutions that scale while respecting team autonomy and context. * Lead change initiatives with a strong change-management lens, fostering adoption, managing resistance, and ensuring new ways of working are embedded and sustained. Tooling, Data, and Operational Enablement * Own and evolve key elements of the Product Operations tool ecosystem, partnering with tool owners to ensure platforms are well-configured, integrated, adopted, and delivering measurable value. * Continuously assess tool usage, data quality, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, and improved return on investment. * Establish lightweight governance and standards that improve consistency and clarity without slowing teams down. * Enable Product leaders to maintain visibility into strategy, execution, and outcomes through clear data, dashboards, and narratives—without micromanagement. AI Enablement as a Product Operations Capability * Identify and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows that enhance Product Operations effectiveness, such as improving documentation quality, accelerating planning and synthesis, reducing manual effort, and supporting better decision-making. * Partner with Product, Design, User Research, and Program teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows in practical, responsible, and value-driven ways. * Collaborate closely with Data \& AI partners to pilot, evaluate, and scale AI solutions that meaningfully improve Product Operations outcomes. * Help establish best practices, guardrails, and enablement approaches for AI usage within the Product organization, ensuring adoption is thoughtful, compliant, and aligned with team needs. * Leverage AI selectively within Product Operations frameworks, tooling, and training to increase leverage and scalability—while keeping human judgment, strategy, and accountability at the center. Strategic Partnership \& Leadership * Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior Product leaders, helping connect day-to-day execution with broader business strategy and outcomes. * Lead and facilitate working sessions, workshops, and executive discussions that surface risks, clarify priorities, and accelerate decisions. * Communicate complex operational and strategic concepts clearly and compellingly to a wide range of audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders. * Continuously look ahead to anticipate scaling challenges and evolving needs of the Product organization, proactively designing solutions before issues become systemic. Supervisory Responsibilities No Required Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field. * Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle specifically in a tech focused company. * Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in a professional context, preferably in product operations and the product development lifecycle. * Hands-on experience with tool/platform ownership, including governance, adoption, and integration. * Strong background in process design, data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting. * Proficient in stakeholder management, relationship building, and communication management * Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, Productboard (or other roadmapping tools), and AI copilots. Bonus Qualifications * Ability to think critically and strategically to address complex problems and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work independently, set direction, and deliver results with limited guidance. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders. * Experience in B2B software company is preferred. * Experience in healthcare is a plus.
