Product Manager (English/French)

unframeParis, Paris

From $100/yr

About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the role This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment. This is a true builder role. You write the precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making the critical design decisions that determine whether an enterprise AI deployment actually succeeds. What you’ll do This is a project-led role with unmediated access to clients at every stage. You will typically manage several engagements simultaneously, with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of the role is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs. Design & Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design. Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope. Represent the User & Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns. What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products. Bilingual Fluency (English & French): Fluent in French to connect with users and stakeholders in France, and fluent in English for daily collaboration across our international teams. Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators - not supporting a sales call, not interviewing platform users, but owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope. Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage senior client relationships through a complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress. Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams. Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs. AI Solutions Experience: Direct exposure to building with LLMs - writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. This is the dimension most learnable on the job; concrete work product carries more weight than certification. Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests. Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects. Location Remote (France): This position is 100% remote within France. Why join us At Unframe, you’ll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects. You’ll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we’d love to meet you. Product Manager, Editing Foundations

From $201/yr

About us Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, Photoroom is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. We've raised Series B funding and reached 300+ million users worldwide, processing over 5 billion images annually and serving both small businesses and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our mobile app, web platform, and API. We're a remote-friendly team of 100+ passionate builders giving e-commerce businesses superpowers to create visuals that help them grow, making the hardest parts of selling online disappear. We focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for e-commerce businesses worldwide. Role Summary We're looking for a Product Manager to own the editor: the surface every Photoroom user touches, on iOS, Android and the web. You'll sit in our Product Foundations team, whose mission is to build the core experiences that power Photoroom. You will work on the last-mile editing problem, giving users control with fine-grained edits for photos and videos. Working closely with engineers, designers, and the PMs who depend on you, you'll decide what gets built, why, and how it ships. Location: Paris, Ile de France (Hybrid) About the role Own the single- and multi-image editing experiences end to end. Build one unified visual editing experience across three platforms, iOS, Android, Web and API. Integrate visual editing experiences within chat editing. Photoroom gives users the ability to start with AI generation and then graduate into fine-grained editing tasks. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our researchers and engineers to make sure our users can traverse the full editing journey in Photoroom. Define the problem before the solution. Sharpen the user problem, then partner with design and engineering to ship work that feels effortless. On a surface this heavily used, the difference between "works" and "feels right" is the whole job. Stay close to the user. Talk to e-commerce sellers every week, watch them edit, and feed what you hear directly into roadmap decisions. Use data to decide, not to justify. Pull and interpret data yourself, including crash rates, latency and cross-platform parity, to form hypotheses, measure what shipped, and call what's next. You won't need to wait around for someone else to run the query. About You You've shipped products people love. Five+ years as a PM, with multiple launches where you’ve convincingly solved the user problem and delivered business value. You've owned a creative product surface. An editor, a canvas or another tool where you are giving a user creative control. AI has reshaped how you work. You use Claude or equivalent every day, for prototyping, testing with users, or automating the parts of the job that used to fill your calendar. The value you bring sits in strategy and direction, not in writing tickets. You have demonstrable product taste. You can show specific work where the details matter and explain the calls you made, including the ones you'd make differently now. Craft in an editor is measured in milliseconds and pixels. You create clarity from ambiguity. Given a fuzzy problem, you take action rather than waiting for direction: you structure it, decide what matters, and move. You're data-fluent. You pull, interpret, and challenge data yourself, and use it to form a point of view rather than confirm one. You thrive in small teams with high autonomy. You can ship without being managed, and can operate in a fully remote, async-first environment that offers no scaffolding around you. Nice to have: experience building creative tools or any product where craft and visual quality matter; an understanding of photography or videography; experience shipping native mobile alongside web; entrepreneurial experience (you've started, built, or run something). Benefits 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays Competitive equity package with stock options/BSPCE, giving you ownership in our growing company €1000 one-time home office grant OR €400 per month co-working space stipend €1,000 annual learning and development budget for training, courses, books, and skill development Private health insurance Access to personalised mental health support, including 1:1 sessions with therapists or coaches, self-care tools, and well-being resources via MokaCare Sports and cultural activities reimbursement Relocation support (up to 10k) available for those choosing to move to France, including apartment finding and visa assistance Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for positions based in France. We cannot sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France. Hiring Process Screening call with Talent Manager (30min) Technical interview with Hiring Manager (60min) Take-home assignment (duration varies by role) and live review with the team (90min) Culture fit interviews and meet the team (~3h in total) Reference check and offer Support: We value diversity and aim to create an inclusive experience for all applicants. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make the process more accessible for you. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging We're committed to enabling everyone to feel included and valued at work. We believe our company and culture are strongest when composed of diverse experiences and backgrounds. That's also why we have flexible working hours, trust people to work remotely, and extended parental leave. All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, family, gender identity, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws. Our platform helps care teams detect side effects early for continuous and proactive care, while our patient app helps people track and manage symptoms with tailored resources. Our solutions optimize care pathways, enrich continuous patient understanding, and accelerate clinical research through the collection, structuring and detailed analysis of real-world data. Today, our solutions are deployed in routine care for 35,000 patients across 200+ healthcare institutions, and also support around twenty academic and industry clinical studies. We put data at the service of care and therapeutic innovation, with the ambition to enable every patient to benefit from personalized medicine. 📝 Your Role In a nutshell We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own initiatives end to end across our three therapeutic areas: Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry. You will work at the intersection of field needs, clinical expertise, technology and business, with a clear objective: turn a real problem into a delivered and measurable product response. You will join a fully remote, distributed Product team and report directly to the VP Product. Your mandate will evolve with team priorities: you will not be permanently attached to one business unit or a fixed backlog. Your impact Deliver a first initiative end to end within three months of joining. Connect every initiative to a measurable outcome such as adoption, field impact, efficiency or business contribution. Build effective collaboration with Medical, Tech, Revenue, KAM, Patient Care and QARA. Use AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and execution without lowering quality standards. Create at least one AI tool or skill reused by another person or team within your first six months. Your day-to-day work Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems. Prototype with AI, specify solutions and work with Tech through production release. Collaborate with Medical on clinical validation and with QARA on quality and compliance. Measure adoption and impact after delivery. Keep Product documentation, the semantic library and required QMS evidence current. ✨ Your Team You will join a Product team with complementary backgrounds, working closely with Medical and Tech as one R&D organisation. The team operates across therapeutic areas: mandates evolve with priorities, and each Product Manager remains accountable for the outcome of their initiatives. The role is fully remote, like the rest of the team, with an opportunity to meet in person during the annual company offsite. 👤 Candidate Profile ⚙️ You are the right person if you know how to Turn clinical, field or business needs into clear and measurable product problems. Lead discovery, prototyping, specification, delivery and impact measurement. Use AI in practical ways to accelerate Product work. Align Medical, Tech, commercial, operations and quality teams. Manage by outcomes, connecting adoption, user impact and business priorities. 🙂 You are the right person if you have Strong end-to-end ownership. Clear and concise communication across different audiences. A collaborative mindset and the habit of seeking and sharing expertise. The ability to make trade-offs and their consequences visible. High standards for quality, documentation and measurement. 📃 You are the right person if you have already Built at least seven years of Product Management experience.
