Accountabilities: You will lead end-to-end product engagements with nonprofit partners while driving technical execution, developing organizational capabilities, and sharing learnings across the wider network. Translate needs into product strategies: Develop roadmaps and provide technical guidance on product development, data infrastructure, evaluation, and experimentation. Build and deliver technical solutions: Work hands-on with partner platforms to create dashboards, develop data pipelines, integrate AI evaluations and production APIs, analyze trends, conduct user research, and run A/B tests. Drive engineering execution: Translate complex workflows into clear technical requirements, manage product backlogs, facilitate agile sprints, and coordinate delivery with engineering teams. Own the product lifecycle: Manage the process from identifying partner needs to shipping features, gathering feedback, and improving solutions based on results. Strengthen partner capabilities: Coach nonprofit staff, support the development of their technical and leadership skills, and help recruit for critical positions. Mentor emerging talent: Guide fellows in managing partner relationships, structuring engagements, and working effectively in resource-constrained environments. Share knowledge and improve processes: Document successful approaches, develop engagement frameworks, identify patterns across organizations, and contribute lessons learned to reusable public resources. Deliver measurable outcomes: Within the first 90 days, independently manage at least two partner engagements and deliver an initial improvement, such as an experiment, feature, or dashboard. Within the first year, lead 3–4 engagements end-to-end and help train others. Requirements: You are a technically hands-on product leader who combines strong delivery skills with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a commitment to meaningful social impact. Relevant experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or technology consulting, ideally combining client-facing and engineering-facing responsibilities. Hands-on technical expertise: Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI or LLM product features, data pipelines or warehouses, and production APIs, with direct involvement in implementation rather than management alone. Data and development skills: Ability to write and interpret SQL queries, navigate codebases, build data pipelines, and develop dashboards. Research and experimentation: Experience applying quantitative and qualitative methods to define problems, measure outcomes, support causal inference through A/B testing, or develop predictive analytics. You should be able to design studies, interpret results, and communicate findings to nontechnical stakeholders. Agile delivery: Strong command of sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives, with the ability to maintain effective delivery processes in small, resource-constrained teams. Stakeholder management: Proven ability to balance competing priorities across engineers, behavioral scientists, and nonprofit program teams without relying on formal authority. Communication and leadership: Ability to build trust with diverse partners, explain technical concepts clearly, facilitate collaboration, and mentor colleagues and partner staff. Global development technology experience: Familiarity with tools such as ODK, DHIS2, Kobo, Metabase, dbt, or comparable data platforms is an advantage. Evidence-based development knowledge: Exposure to organizations and approaches associated with evidence-based development, including J-PAL, IPA, IDinsight, randomized controlled trials (RCTs), or monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), is a plus. Product scaling experience: A track record of using data-driven approaches to improve and scale products is desirable. Generative AI experience: Familiarity with AI product development, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations is an advantage. Mission-driven experience: Previous work in low-resource environments, social impact initiatives, or technology for international development is a plus. Location and availability: Willingness to work remotely from an eligible location in Sub-Saharan Africa or South Asia, with flexibility across time zones. Benefits: Fully remote work arrangement. Flexible working hours and time zones. High autonomy and minimal hierarchy, with the opportunity to take ownership of partner engagements and product delivery. Meaningful mission-driven work using technology, data, and experimentation to support nonprofit organizations and improve outcomes for the communities they serve. Opportunities to work across software engineering, AI, social psychology, development economics, and evidence-based program design. Professional growth through hands-on technical delivery, product strategy, stakeholder leadership, and mentoring. The opportunity to contribute to reusable tools, public resources, and frameworks that can benefit organizations across the wider sector. A collaborative international network spanning more than 200 partner organizations. If you’re looking to build your career with an exceptional team, you’ve come to the right place. Join SolarWinds and grow with us! About the Role SolarWinds is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end eCommerce experience. This includes the digital engine that converts prospects into customers and customers into advocates. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market, and it carries real potential to grow into a people leadership position as the eCommerce function scales. You will define the vision and roadmap for how SolarWinds sells online which spans self-serve purchasing, pricing and packaging presentation, checkout and payment flows, trial-to-paid conversion, and subscription management. You’ll set strategy, influence the roadmap across adjacent product areas, and raise the bar for how SolarWinds thinks about digital revenue. This is the kind of role where your work is directly traceable to revenue. If you want ownership, strategic scope, and room to grow - this is it. What You’ll Own eCommerce Strategy \& Vision • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for SolarWinds’ eCommerce capabilities, aligned to company revenue and growth objectives. • Set the strategic framework for how SolarWinds sells online - spanning SMB self-serve, mid-market, and enterprise digital motions. • Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, and GTM leadership. • Represent eCommerce at the executive level, translating complex product decisions into clear business impact narratives. Self-Serve \& Product-Led Growth • Own the self-serve buying journey from trial activation through paid conversion and upsell, building frictionless experiences that drive revenue without requiring a sales touch. • Define and optimize in-product upgrade and expansion paths that accelerate product-led growth. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build the in-app purchasing and entitlement infrastructure that powers self-serve revenue. • Measure and improve key PLG metrics: trial conversion rate, time-to-value, activation rate, and self-serve ARR. Checkout, Pricing \& Packaging Experience • Own the end-to-end checkout experience: product catalogue, pricing pages, cart, payment, order confirmation, and post-purchase flows. • Drive pricing and packaging display strategy - ensuring the right offer is surfaced to the right buyer at the right moment. • Partner with Finance and Legal on payment method expansion, tax and compliance requirements, and currency localization. • Lead major platform investments such as commerce engine selection, payment infrastructure, and subscription management tooling. Conversion Optimization \& Analytics • Build and maintain a data-driven operating model for eCommerce performance, with clear KPIs and a test-and-learn culture. • Own funnel analytics: traffic-to-trial, trial-to-paid, cart abandonment, average order value, and lifetime value. • Drive a structured A/B testing program across pricing pages, checkout flows, and upgrade prompts. • Establish reporting and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into digital revenue health. Cross-Functional Influence \& Organizational Leadership • Operate as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success on all things eCommerce. • Drive alignment on roadmap priorities without direct authority - you know how to lead through influence. • Mentor and elevate other PMs on eCommerce thinking, customer journey analysis, and conversion-first product design. • Build the playbooks, frameworks, and practices that scale the eCommerce function as the team grows. What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record owning revenue-generating digital products. • 3 - 5+ years of direct eCommerce, self-serve, or PLG experience in a B2B SaaS or hybrid (SaaS + on-prem) environment. • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy at the principal or senior staff level - setting vision, influencing roadmaps across teams, and driving major product decisions. • Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals: checkout UX, payment infrastructure, pricing and packaging strategy, subscription lifecycle, and conversion optimization. • Strong analytical skills - you are comfortable with funnel metrics, A/B test design, cohort analysis, and presenting performance data to executive stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization, building alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal. • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including how to model and present trade-offs across tiers, bundles, and go-to-market motions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can tell a clear story at the executive level. • Experience mentoring other PMs and contributing to team-level craft and practices. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… • Think in full customer journeys and have a natural instinct for removing friction from the buying experience. • Are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet modelling conversion scenarios as you are in a design review shaping checkout UX. • Have strong opinions about what good eCommerce looks like - and can back them up with data. • Thrive operating with high autonomy and aren’t waiting to be told what to build next. • Are energized by the idea of building something from a strong foundation - there’s real room to make this function your own. • Want a role that is IC today but keeps a clear path to leading a team as eCommerce grows. Accountabilities: As Product Manager Privacy, you will own the consent management strategy, lead the Privacy squad, and ensure that privacy requirements are consistently implemented across products and channels. Your main responsibilities will include: Consent Engine and Frameworks: Own the FastCMP consent signal engine roadmap, covering IAB TCF, GPP, Global Privacy Control (GPC), Google Consent Mode, and US privacy signals. Define the applicable frameworks and default behaviors for each jurisdiction, and deliver new standard versions on time across web, mobile, and CTV. Cross-Product Privacy Rules: Translate legislation and industry standards into clear product specifications for Actirise, Viously, and Meetscale across web, app, and CTV. Maintain a compliance checklist for consent-related initiatives and coordinate with product managers to ensure signals are correctly collected, respected, and transmitted. Privacy-Compliant Monetization: Identify opportunities to monetize traffic within applicable privacy rules. Distinguish mandatory requirements from recommendations, assess revenue implications before making decisions, and evaluate options for traffic with no or partial consent, including legitimate interest, contextual advertising, and no-ad requirements. Measurement and Decision-Making: Apply a measure-before-deciding approach, ensuring traffic is not rejected or degraded without supporting measurements and a documented decision. Compliance, Vendors, and Certifications: Own IAB TCF and Google CMP certifications, manage vendor lists and custom vendors, and mitigate the risk of deregistration. Work with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to validate privacy interpretations while retaining product ownership of decisions. Client and Partner Engagement: Serve as the product point of contact for strategic clients and partners on privacy matters, including CMP migrations, regulatory requests, and buyer requirements. Regulatory and Standards Monitoring: Track upcoming legislation and industry standards, anticipate their product implications, and translate them into roadmap priorities before they become urgent. AI-Ready Product Management: Apply an agentic-first approach by ensuring privacy rules and configurations can be executed by AI agents, supported by clean data contracts and appropriate access controls. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engagement, UX Orchestration, Analytics, FastCMP engineering, and the DPO to coordinate consent templates, A/B testing, CMP and paywall configurations, and privacy signal measurement. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines substantial privacy expertise with hands-on product management experience in advertising technology. You understand how to interpret legal requirements without unnecessarily restricting legitimate business opportunities, and you can translate complex rules into actionable technical specifications. The following qualifications are expected: Privacy and Product Experience: At least 5 years of experience in privacy, consent management platforms (CMPs), or ad tech, including product management experience and a proven track record of shipping products in this ecosystem. Industry Standards and Regulations: Strong knowledge of IAB TCF, Global Privacy Platform (GPP), OpenRTB consent fields, GDPR, ePrivacy, and US privacy legislation, including CCPA and applicable state laws. Commercial and Analytical Judgment: Ability to distinguish legal obligations from recommendations and support product decisions with data, evidence, and measurable revenue impact. Technical Specification Skills: Ability to write precise, implementation-ready specifications that engineers can execute with minimal clarification. Programming experience is not required. Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with basic SQL, dashboards, analytics, and A/B testing, with a commitment to measuring outcomes before making decisions. AI and Agentic Workflows: Daily use of an AI assistant, such as Claude, and practical experience building AI-enabled skills or agentic workflows within product management. Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with legal specialists, engineers, product teams, clients, and business stakeholders. Problem-Solving Mindset: Pragmatic, analytical, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment. You understand the Pareto principle and know how to prioritize high-impact improvements. Collaboration and Ownership: Strong listening skills, a willingness to challenge existing practices constructively, and a commitment to continuous improvement and shared team goals. Benefits: Fully Remote Work: Work remotely within a flexible environment, with access to offices in Paris, Lille, or London. International Work Environment: Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, with English as the working language. AI Tools: Access to Claude for everyday work and AI-enabled workflows. Collaborative Culture: Join a close-knit, supportive team that values innovation, knowledge-sharing, and collective success. Social Events: Participate in regular team gatherings and company events. Career Development: Benefit from training programs, HR career check-ins, internal mobility opportunities, and regular performance feedback. Health Coverage: Access to a comprehensive health insurance plan. Growth Opportunities: Contribute to a rapidly expanding digital advertising technology environment and help shape the future of privacy-aware monetization. Inclusive Workplace: Work in an environment committed to diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion. Employment Type: Full-time. Recruitment Process: The process includes a screening call with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the VP of Product, a case study with the VP of Product and DPO, and reference checks. Interviews are primarily conducted by video conference, although some stages may require an in-person meeting. How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
