Job Summary: The Manager, Loyalty Partnerships will lead the sourcing, development, and execution of strategic partner relationships within the PayPal Rewards program in Germany. This role is responsible for driving partner-led growth through strong business development, including identifying new partnership opportunities, structuring commercial agreements, and leading negotiations with external partners. This individual will work cross-functionally to bring partnerships to market, ensuring they deliver compelling customer value, drive engagement and retention, and contribute to PayPal’s broader growth strategy in Germany and across global markets. Job Description Role Overview As Senior Manager, Account Executive—U.S. Fintech Partnerships (Neobanking), you will own relationships and business outcomes for a portfolio of high-growth, digital platforms redefining consumer financial services.
