Duties & Responsibilities Manage investor administration, legal processes, SPV records, and quarterly reporting and communications Coordinate property acquisitions, OTPs, bond applications, conveyancing, and registrations Oversee property investment offering launches and auctions processes, including investor allocations and reporting Manage developer handovers and ensure all compliance and operational documentation is in place Act as the primary liaison for mortgage-related operational activities Compile and analyse portfolio, occupancy, and financial performance reports Identify, implement and drive operational and platform improvements in collaboration with internal teams Act as a key point of contact for investors, ensuring professional communication, relationship management and reporting. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in property operations, property administration, or property investment management Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing, SPV structures, and investor reporting Experience engaging with investors, developers, attorneys, conveyancers, and finance teams and stakeholders Ability to review and interpret legal and financial documentation Strong analytical, organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Experience within a proptech or property investment environment (highly advantageous) Exposure to mortgage operations and property investment analysis beneficial Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information and support business decision-making.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, investors and external service providers. Description Distribution \& 3PL Management * Oversee DSV distribution and fulfilment, ensuring SLA, KPI and customer requirements are met. * Manage capacity, seasonal planning, OTIF, backlogs and last-mile carrier performance. * Drive operational reviews, issue resolution and service improvement. Inventory \& Controls * Ensure inventory accuracy, authorised stock movements and compliance with ELC controls. * Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments and discrepancy investigations. * Partner with Security \& Facilities on loss prevention, audits and investigations. Reverse Logistics * Govern returns and non-saleable stock, ensuring timely reconciliation and compliant disposal or destruction with required approvals and documentation.
