Your Opportunity Stantec is currently seeking a motivated Senior Structures Project Manager to join our team in South Carolina at one of our offices located in Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the design and management of transportation improvement projects, preferably in South Carolina and the Southeast. This candidate will manage structures design projects with South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), as well as local clients, including Cities and Counties. Staff Leadership * Recruit and hire key transportation staff. * Serve as the direct supervisor of structures design staff (new staff and potentially reassigned existing staff). Provide input into the employee performance review, compensation, and bonus processes for direct reports. * Encourage project collaboration, workload coordination and cross training between transportation staff located in various offices across the region. * Provide project leadership through direct technical involvement and design decisions. * Provide mentoring for junior staff with structures design, plans presentation, CAD structure and other technical considerations. Responsibilities • Lead Construction Engineer (Civil) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all civil and structural construction activities during offshore project execution. • supervise all civil and structural construction activities at offshore sites, artificial islands, or topside facilities. • Develop construction execution plans, method statements, work packs, and risk assessments • Oversee piling, foundations, ground improvement, structural steel erection, concrete works, and civil modifications • Review engineering deliverables and provide constructability input during design and execution phases. • Lead and manage offshore civil construction teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are mobilized as per offshore schedule. • Support readiness for offshore campaigns, shutdowns, and island‑based construction. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Minimum 15-20+ Years of experience in offshore oil & gas civil construction • Strong experience in piling, ground improvement, and structural construction • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Familiarity with offshore standards and civil engineering codes. • PMC experience will be preferred • Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage. #LI-AS1
