You should have: • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the civil engineering field, specifically in cable laying and power transmission projects within the Gulf. • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Gulf standards for cable installation, trenching, ducting, and reinstatement. • Strong project management skills, from planning and execution to QA/QC and safety compliance. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, interface with clients, consultants, and contractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget. • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional certifications are an added advantage.
