Athletic Trainer Responsibilities: Working with and communicating with coaches, athletes, and medical professionals by evaluating the player's condition. Educating coaches, family members, and athletes in prevention and recovery of athletic injuries Designing training and rehabilitation programs for athletes and non-athletes. Using knowledge of sports-related injuries to diagnose and treat athletes and non-athletes Referring athletes to another doctor or other medical staff members.
