Responsibilities * Improves the delivery of analytical support to an Operating Unit and/or the enterprise, enhancing the collection, analysis and reporting of data, which enables successful completion of key business operations projects. * Provides advice to stakeholders, presenting analytical findings and making recommendations as to their impact on business operations. * Identifies and improves operational processes and procedures, from maintenance to development of reporting dashboards, to streamline business practice and improve efficiency. * Collects and analyzes data in order to present findings and make recommendations. * Develops models to help inform decision-making on emerging technology investments. * Improves the development of business plan scenarios to evaluate different priorities and potential options to achieving the operating unit and/or enterprise objectives. * Verifies that established processes are aligned with relevant rules, principles, laws, and industry standards with the goal to safeguard assets, minimize errors, and ensure operational activities are performed to mitigate risk. * A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications * Seven or more years of experience in business operations analysis. Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated technical aptitude supporting digital systems or platforms, such as digital signage, AV systems, collaboration tools, content management systems, or similar technologies * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and work with senior stakeholders * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured approval processes, and operate effectively in a fast paced environment * Experience working cross functionally with technical, operational, or leadership teams * Experience producing or supporting livestream or in person events, including technical setup, live production, or post production editing * Experience drafting, coordinating approval for, and distributing executive level or organization wide communications * Experience working with digital communication platforms such as digital signage, SharePoint, or similar tools * Experience supporting employee engagement, giving, or internal programs * Experience supporting Environmental Health \& Safety (EH\&S) or site operations activities Additional Information * This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Den gesamten Sales Cycle managen, ohne dabei Lead-Generierung zu betreiben. Mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (unter anderem C-Level) in Kontakt treten und verschiedenste Branchen und Unternehmen intensiv kennenlernen. Du bekommst warme Leads zugewiesen, mit denen du interagierst und die du qualifizierst. Die technischen und funktionalen Anforderungen deiner (potenziellen) Kund:innen in der Bedarfsanalyse analysieren, indem du deren Geschäftsprozesse durchleuchtest und die Pain Points identifizierst. Auf die Kunden zugeschnittene Demonstrationen der Software geben. Kommerzielle Verhandlungen leiten und Aufträge generieren. Den After-Sales-Cycle deiner abgeschlossenen Kunden für 3 Monate managen. Up- und Cross Selling Potenziale herausarbeiten. Übergabe deiner Kunden an das Account Management nach 3 Monaten Interne Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Analysten und Account Manager. Das erwarten wir von dir: Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Starkes Interesse und/oder erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb / Sales und in der Lead-Qualifizierung / Lead Management. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1-C2) und Englisch. Einen stark ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn und ein hohes Maß an Neugierde. Analytische Fähigkeiten zur schnellen Erfassung von Geschäftsmodellen und ein kreatives Denken.
