The Onboarding Team’s primary objective is to ensure high-quality client setups using our internal systems across various products. This role involves managing client configuration queries from internal stakeholders. The team oversees the entire process, from receiving the request to setting up the client and delivering credentials. As an Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the client welcome process and handle various administrative tasks related to the broader Business Operations team. Day to Day You’ll Be: * Handle client onboarding requests through administration forms and input data into internal systems. * Maintain quality performance by adhering to TransUnion values, key performance indicators, and quality expectations. * Manage and maintain your KPIs in line with the expectations set by your line manager. * Support internal stakeholders with queries. * Communicate within internal teams to ensure correct processes and procedures and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. * Learn and understand TransUnion’s product suite to ensure product intricacies are met. Position Summary The Senior Manager of Legal Operations serves as the operational leader of Swickard’s legal department, providing comprehensive management of litigation, outside counsel relationships, and legal support staff across our locations in six states. About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the effective running of our offices across the EMEA region. This role provides essential operational, facilities, administrative, and compliance support, helping ensure our offices are safe, efficient, well maintained, and aligned with company standards. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Operations and cross‑functional teams, acting as a key coordinator for facilities, ISO processes, vendor relationships, health \& safety, operational reporting, and day‑to‑day office activities. You communicate clearly and confidently, building strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners. You are comfortable working with processes and standards, with an interest in developing your skills in health \& safety, compliance, and ISO frameworks (training can be provided). You pay excellent attention to detail and take initiative to solve problems and support continuous improvement.
