About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Web Tooling team. The team sits within the DoorDash Developer Platform group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 200+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business. About The Team Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo’s operations and business. The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture and harness engineering for AI coding agents that enable teams to move faster while maintaining high quality. Right now, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling. It’s an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact. About The Role We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend domains. In this role, you’ll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines, and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions, and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we’d expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It’s especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains. What you’ll be doing Owning the Foundation: the runtime, build, deployment and developer experience that 200+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day. Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture: improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast. Product and Planning: Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Supporting Engineering Excellence: champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements. AI Fluency: Use AI coding tools to increase engineering productivity and quality, while applying strong judgment and review. Long-Term Thinking: balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform. 📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki or Berlin . Read more about our hybrid setup here. Feel free to check out the Wolt Tech Blog for more insight into our culture and technology. Our humble expectations Must haves Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React. Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js services that support frontend infrastructure. Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows. Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases. Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams. Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs. Nice to haves Experience with micro-frontends architecture. Frontend platform engineering experience. Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads. Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE). What’s In It For You Impact: Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on. Scale: Work on real platform problems behind 200+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors. Collaboration: Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better. Growth: Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, AI harness engineering, DX, performance, and improving engineering efficiency. * Culture: Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

CRM Specialist

Berlin, Berlin, Germanyonsite

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.At Wolt, no matter how fast we grow, we always strive to be among the best in the world at what we do — from product development to local operations to creating engaging marketing campaigns across our 30+ markets. We're now looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you'll help take our Courier Partner CRM strategies to the next level. As part of our Global Marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure that localisation is seamlessly integrated into everything we do. Since this is a newly established team within Marketing Automation, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape how we work — bringing fresh ideas, testing new approaches, and tailoring strategies to fit each market's unique needs. What you'll be doing As a CRM Specialist, you'll work across all markets, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CRM strategy. You'll analyse and interpret data to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions and more impactful campaigns. You'll also play a hands-on role in concepting, creating, and optimising engaging, innovative CRM campaigns. Day-to-day in this role, you'll: Work closely with the Senior CRM team and wider Operations team to bring our overall CRM strategy to life. Build and execute automated CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app channels — reducing manual effort and improving scalability. Coordinate campaign activities with key stakeholders, including planning, content creation, creatives, localisation, and performance evaluation. Continuously optimise campaigns to engage, retain, and reactivate our courier partners based on user data and insights. Monitor, analyse, and share recommendations on CRM performance with relevant stakeholders. Support teams across Wolt with CRM best practices, ensuring consistent and effective use of the tool. Develop and run testing plans to maximise engagement and ROI. Stay on top of CRM and Wolt-specific user behaviour trends — and regularly share quick, actionable insights with the team. Our humble expectations Experience in setting up and executing automated lifecycle or bulk campaigns. Proven ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset — confident working with data and creating simple, insightful dashboards. Experience developing communication plans across different marketing channels. A curious learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Hands-on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, or Klaviyo. Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus. What we offer At Wolt, you'll get the best of both worlds — the agility of a fast-growing tech company and the impact of a global brand loved by millions. In this role, you'll have the chance to own CRM end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You'll design and launch experiments across 30+ markets, transforming insights into real-world growth. From day one, you'll be hands-on — running campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS, and collaborating closely with product and local marketing teams to create journeys that truly move the needle. We'll give you the space to test bold ideas, learn fast, and grow even faster. Your work will directly shape how we connect with our courier partners — and you'll see your impact at scale. And of course, you'll join a team that's as humble as it is ambitious. We celebrate collaboration, curiosity, and the drive to make things better — together. Next steps We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. The process typically includes: Intro chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner. Interview with the Hiring Manager to dive into your experience, followed by an interview with the peers/stakeholders for this role. Case assignment (light, strategic, to see how you think). Final round with senior stakeholders. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
