As a Technical Product Manager, you support and drive strategic product initiatives. You quickly build a clear understanding of platform technical capabilities and limitations to translate business needs into precise requirements. You help manage projects from planning through launch, maintaining end-to-end ownership across roadmap development, release readiness, and post-launch enablement. You work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities * Support Senior Product Manager across strategic operations workstreams. * Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, leading scoping calls and producing crisp written outputs. * Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities. * Drive execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration, taking end-to-end ownership of roadmap development projects from requirements through delivery, release readiness, and post-development documentation and enablement. * Establish and maintain an intake and triage rhythm for enhancement requests and operational work, ensuring consistent capture of context, impact, dependencies, and recommended priority for leadership decisions. * Build and maintain a prioritized view of top platform risks and recurring operational gaps, surfacing risks early and clearly to product leadership to support prioritization decisions. * Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across multiple initiatives. * Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value. * Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications. * Support client and internal team discussions to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful adoption. * Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate outcomes, including communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
