Senior Research Analyst

They are now on the lookout for a Senior Research Analyst to join their international team of experts. As a senior member of the analyst team you will take ownership of several key EMEA markets, producing high-quality research and analysis that directly influences strategy at a senior level. This is a role that blends rigorous analytical thinking with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’ll gather and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data from primary and secondary sources, identifying patterns, trends and commercial implications. But just as importantly, you’ll translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives, producing insightful reports, presentations and briefings that resonate with global clients. Your ability to articulate insights with clarity and confidence will be central to your success. This is a genuinely client-facing role, working closely with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across international markets, participating in meetings, attending industry conferences and occasionally visiting sites. You’ll be comfortable representing the business externally, asking insightful questions, and engaging confidently with industry leaders. We’re looking for an experienced research and analysis professional, ideally with exposure to the data centre or wider real estate/infrastructure space . Candidates with adjacent sector experience such as energy, construction, government or think tanks are also very welcome. What’s key is your ability to combine commercial awareness with strong interpersonal skills, credibility and intellectual curiosity. Fluency in a European language or Arabic would be advantageous given the regional coverage, though not essential. You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative international team where communication is open, ideas are valued and your contribution is visible. Project Manager The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the Network Evolution Maintenance project, ensuring schedules, budgets, data and quality standards are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of telecom maintenance, and high proficiency with Smartsheet and Tableau for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end Network Evolution Maintenance projects Develop and maintain production tracking and reporting in Smartsheet. Track and analyze project performance, schedule, budget and resourcing needs using Tableau, providing actionable insights to leadership. Coordinate with construction, maintenance, ISP, supply chain and field operations teams to ensure timely project execution. Manage subcontractors and field crews, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor project milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and proactively communicate risks and mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and clients. Conduct site inspections and verify construction aligns with design specifications. Ensure accurate documentation of walk out, design, as-builts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in telecom, fiber, or utility construction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Smartsheet and Tableau for project tracking, reporting, and dashboards. Previous experience managing large scale capital upgrade, maintenance or construction projects for companies preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
