Mission of this role As a DevOps Engineer you'll take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, system reliability, observability and scalability. You bring strong DevOps fundamentals paired with solid software development skills, so you can build clean, maintainable automation and internal tooling. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, making architectural decisions and raising the quality and resilience of our delivery and operational workflows. What you'll do Own infrastructure system health, security posture and cost for Rentman and Crewzone. Lead the transition to fully code-defined infrastructure, moving our AWS estate from ClickOps to end-to-end Infrastructure-as-Code. Set up and maintain staging environments the P&D team can rely on for daily testing. Build and own our observability stack: monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts and uptime KPIs. Produce insight into hosting cost and performance, and turn that insight into concrete recommendations. Unify our Fargate and Kubernetes services onto one standard. Own cloud security and IAM, including account structure, access management, secrets and the controls that support our compliance work. Manage stakeholders across P&D and stay ahead of infrastructure required to land future products on. What we are looking for Experience being responsible for the availability and infrastructure of a business critical product or service. You've personally led an Infrastructure-as-Code migration of a non-trivial production AWS estate, using Terraform, Pulumi or CDK. Contributing to one isn't enough, we need someone who has led it. You've designed and operated CI/CD pipelines at product scale, using GitHub Actions or a comparable tool. Again, designing and operating, not just maintaining. You're comfortable setting your own priorities against outcomes rather than working off a ticket list. You can write code, not just think about infrastructure. Some of our internal tooling depends on this. Nice to haves Experience with security testing. Experience setting up test automation at scale. Mission of this role As a Product Marketing Manager, you drive revenue by leading the go-to-market of Rentman's new features, products and add-ons. You position each one so new customers buy in and existing customers add it to what they already use. Without this role, no one leads the cross-functional push that grows revenue from both new and existing customers. Check out our public roadmap to see what’s coming next! Mission of this role As our Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager at Rentman, you’ll do more than answer questions or solve issues. You’re the strategic partner who helps our customers get the most value out of our platform and transform the way they run their business. You’ll work with rental companies and event professionals who rely on Rentman to manage fast-paced operations, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and everyday use. Your mission: help them unlock the full potential of our platform so they can deliver flawless events, scale efficiently and stay ahead of the competition. Your goal is to help customers succeed with Rentman, ensuring they can deliver events smoothly, scale efficiently and get the results they’re aiming for. You’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Support contributing to strategic conversations that influence both customer outcomes and the future of our platform. What you'll do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your customer portfolio through regular check-ins and proactive guidance. Understand customer goals, usage patterns, and challenges through customer interactions and Vitally data, in order to drive customer health, product adoption and identify expansion and upsell opportunities. Be the voice of your market by sharing recurring feedback with Product, influencing our roadmap and making sure our platform stays ahead of industry needs. Lead impactful customer consultation sessions that empower users to make the most of Rentman, driving customer health, product adoption and advocacy. Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support to ensure smooth handovers and an aligned customer experience. What we are looking for 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, or Implementation – ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment within the AV or Event Rental industry. Fluent in Dutch and in English, with the ability to engage confidently with both customers and colleagues across diverse backgrounds. Having a strategic mindset, being able to link product capabilities to business objectives and uncover opportunities for greater impact. An excellent communicator who can break down complex topics into clear, actionable steps for users of all technical levels and at turning data into meaningful insights. Structured and detail-oriented, able to manage your portfolio of customers and keep track of timelines, technical requirements and tasks.
