Senior Product Manager, Growth

Tasks This role sits at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and go-to-market. You will own the product-led growth strategy for Qdrant Cloud - identifying friction points, running rapid experiments, and designing experiences that help developers succeed quickly with vector search, and AI workloads. You will thrive here if you bring strong technical intuition in search/ML systems, deep empathy for developers, and a bias toward data-informed decision-making and experimentation. Your work will directly shape how thousands of teams adopt Qdrant for real-time AI applications What You Will Do Own the end-to-end product journey across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion for Qdrant Cloud and self-serve experiences. Design, run, and evaluate product experiments (A/B, multivariate, holdout) using tools such as Statsig, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent. Create and operationalize successful qualitative research initiatives including survey design, interview pipelines, and field studies. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to develop hypotheses, validate user problems, and ship features that reduce time-to-value for developers. Lead discovery to deeply understand user behavior, barriers to adoption, and opportunities for growth across different customer segments. Collaborate with the Growth \& Marketing team, Developer Relations, and Sales to ensure cohesive funnel optimization and insight sharing across acquisition, onboarding, and monetization. Analyze behavioral and product analytics to understand critical funnels, identify breakpoints, and quantify impact. Drive improvements across documentation, onboarding flows, in-product guidance, upgrade paths, billing experiences, and lifecycle touchpoints. Work alongside engineering teams to influence long-term product strategy with insights from growth experiments and user research. Create and maintain a data-informed roadmap for growth initiatives, balancing short-term experimentation with long-term scalability. Communicate clearly across technical and executive audiences, ensuring alignment and transparency on goals, metrics, and results. Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years focused on Growth, PLG, or self-serve SaaS. Strong technical background - experience in search, vector databases, machine learning, or developer infrastructure is required. Demonstrated expertise in product experimentation, experiment design, statistical rigor, and using analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Statsig, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker). Proven ability to translate complex developer workflows into intuitive product experiences. Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research with technical audiences (developers, ML engineers, data scientists). Strong cross-functional leadership, especially partnering with Marketing, Growth Engineering, Design, and Data/Analytics. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically - comfortable exploring greenfield ideas while also optimizing existing flows. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across distributed, technical teams. A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, iterate quickly, and learn from data. Bonus points if you’ve: Experience as a software engineer or strong technical education in ML, distributed systems, or databases. Experience in UI/UX, developer experience, or product research. The Role We’re looking for a Benchmark Engineer to own and evolve how we measure, validate, and communicate Qdrant’s performance. You’ll design realistic benchmarks, build tooling around them, and transform raw numbers into actionable insights that inform product decisions, documentation, and user trust. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, performance, and developer experience.
