Compensation \& Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE) Monthly incentive bonus: Offering up to $2,500 in bonuses every 4 weeks — up to $32,500 a year Student loan Repayment: up to $25,000, tax free Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance Featured Updates: Ambient Listening technology (ALT) — an AI documentation tool fully integrated with our EMR that reduces documentation time New Graduate Support — NPTE Study Prep resources and a dedicated New Grad Mentorship Program Accredited Residency Programs in Orthopedic or Sports specialties, offered at no cost to our colleagues Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our White Rock team in Dallas. You'll work closely with patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic and sports-focused setting. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about personalized care, committed to best practices, and eager to be part of a team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment goals Create and implement evidence-based care plans focused on functional outcomes Deliver hands-on care, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery strategies, and injury prevention Collaborate with referring physicians and other providers to coordinate care Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company standards Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and/or sports rehab settings New graduates welcome – mentorship provided Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with a growth mindset and patient-first approach Why Join Vista Physical Therapy?
