At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, provide meaningful input into client deliverables/proposals, and take ownership of assigned tasks. Role and Responsibilities: You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. Responsibilities for this role include: * Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering/development teams * Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems operations and workflows * Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications * Identify, document, track, and help resolve system issues and defects * Support data analysis and management of large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency * Provide ongoing communication and status updates to stakeholders * Assist in improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field * 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – must be able to interface across business and technical teams * Advanced analytical and organizational skills, especially handling large volumes of data and changes * Experience working with IT systems, issue tracking, and requirements documentation * Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Excelacom will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) Preferred Qualifications: * Prior consulting experience, or experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable * Basic understanding of mobile network components (e.g., Core, RAN, devices, OSS/BSS) * Exposure to wireless technologies such as 4G/5G, VoLTE, EPC, IMS, or RAN * Experience working with vendors or cross-functional delivery teams * Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills Compensation and Benefits: Excelacom offers competitive salaries, health and wellness benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and career growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities Review construction contract documents and coordinate with sub-contractors and General Contractor/owner to gather the required information to design the project’s sprinkler system Through use of analytical thinking and problem solving, determine construction feasibility and systems possibilities Design and coordinate fire sprinkler systems using AutoSPRINK, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit 3D design software.
