While we approach our work from different angles, we are united by our commitment to reducing financial and administrative burdens across the patient access journey to improve access to care and combat financial toxicity at both the patient level and the healthcare organization level. ### Product Manager We are seeking a high caliber, driven and technically fluent Product Manager to lead the evolution of our financial assistance workflow capabilities. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands healthcare operations and knows how to bring structure and clarity to complex product initiatives. You likely started your career in engineering or development and moved into product because you love solving problems end-to-end. You're comfortable navigating technical, operational, and commercial discussions, and you excel at translating complex concepts and ideas into easily digestible themes and stories across various functions and levels. You thrive in fast-moving environments, and you bring clarity, structure, and momentum wherever you go. You understand the healthcare ecosystem and are ready to drive initiatives that make real-world operational impact. What You Will Do: Translate a defined product vision for financial assistance cycle management into a clear and actionable roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, engineering, operations, and executive teams, to crystalize strategies, solidify alignment, and drive outcomes. Lead the upstream and downstream integrations required to send, receive, and process Oversee the development of an event, workflow, and tasking framework to minimize friction and drive the speed and success of financial assistance cycle management for healthcare providers. Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive agile development cycles. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of claims management solutions. Partner with marketing, training, support, sales, and customer success teams to communicate product value and execute go-to-market strategies. Act as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end financial assistance management workflow, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners. About You: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare operations. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, most notably patient intake, provider enrollment, and/or credentialing. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare technology products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Practice Management Systems and their operational workflows. * Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and CMS regulations.
