Hybrid – Garner, NC or Remote (U.S.) We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Exa Platform solutions, including RIS, PACS, and billing systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader with a strong background in healthcare IT and a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-impact products. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customers to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities • Drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for RIS, PACS, and billing solutions • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization • Mentor and support product management team members while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify trends and opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and prioritization • Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, including participation in conferences, webinars, and customer presentations • Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare IT • Demonstrated success leading product development initiatives and delivering market-leading software solutions • Strong understanding of healthcare technology platforms, including RIS, PACS, and billing systems preferred • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including: * Choice of three medical plans and two dental plans * Vision insurance * Company-paid life and AD\&D insurance * Supplemental coverage options (life, critical illness, accident, hospital) * Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and commuter benefits * 401(k) with company match * Unlimited flexible time off policy Company Description Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas (KMHA) is a leading provider of innovative healthcare technology solutions, diagnostic imaging and healthcare information technology solutions. delivering advanced IT and imaging systems to improve patient care and clinical workflows. Lead the upstream and downstream integrations required to send, receive, and process Oversee the development of an event, workflow, and tasking framework to minimize friction and drive the speed and success of financial assistance cycle management for healthcare providers. Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive agile development cycles. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of claims management solutions. Partner with marketing, training, support, sales, and customer success teams to communicate product value and execute go-to-market strategies. Act as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end financial assistance management workflow, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners. About You: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare operations. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, most notably patient intake, provider enrollment, and/or credentialing. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare technology products. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
