We are recruiting for an SAP HANA Financial Specialist role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HANA Financials modules in accordance with client requirements. Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices. Ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA FIN modules with existing systems and cross-functional processes. Must have SAP Group Reporting experience. Client Engagement \& Advisory: Serve as a trusted business advisor, providing strategic insights on SAP financial systems and process improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements. Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions. System Support \& Enhancement Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP HANA Financials solutions. Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, functionality, and user experience. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, developers, and business units to ensure aligned project delivery. Coordinate integration efforts with related SAP modules and third-party systems. Support EPM-related solutions such as SAP BCP, Embedded BPC, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud where required. Experience Must have SAP group Reporting experience (5 to 10 years’ experience) Highly skilled professional responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HANA Financials solutions. This role requires deep expertise across SAP Financials modules such as FIN FSCM, FIN PS, FIN TR, FIN JVA, and FIN TE with a strong ability to integrate these solutions into clients’ existing business environments. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging both functional and technical knowledge to deliver optimized, high-performing financial processes. Responsibilities: BI Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes, data integration workflows, data marts, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI). Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and target BI systems. Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing on BI solutions and data pipelines. Identify data quality issues and inconsistencies, log defects, and track them through to resolution. Validate the correctness of business logic applied in BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with BI developers, report developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and expected outcomes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) where applicable. Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, test results, defect logs, and sign-off reports. Requirements: must have a computer science/ information systems/ statistics or mathematics degree or diploma with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a BI Tester role and Business Intelligence or Data Testing related Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), SQL Server Database Development or administration ETL development or Data Integration Certified Agile Tester Data Quality and Validation A minimum of three years’ experience in T-SQL (Transact-SQL) for data validation, query development, and test scripting. A minimum of three years’ experience testing SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and ETL processes, including validating data pipelines and transformation logic. A minimum of four years’ experience testing and verifying Power BI dashboards and A minimum of two years’ experience working with and testing Data Marts, including schema validation and data accuracy.
