About the Role ------------------ We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Experience team, the group responsible for everything a customer sees after sign-up. This team owns onboarding, activation, monetization, integrations, and the core surfaces that drive adoption and revenue. The scope is wide, the work is high-impact, and you’ll be operating in spaces that would be handled by multiple teams at most companies. You’ll partner closely with founders, bring clarity to ambiguous product areas, and push the team to move quickly while holding a high bar for quality. About the Role ------------------ We’re looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to own observability end-to-end and rebuild our visibility stack from the ground up. You’ll design and run the systems behind metrics, logs, tracing, and performance debugging for every product team at Helius. This work has huge leverage. Better visibility means faster iteration, tighter feedback loops, and higher reliability across the entire company. You’ll architect pipelines that handle massive throughput, granular trace data, and millisecond-level introspection. If you enjoy building high-performance systems that help engineers understand and operate complex workloads, this role hits that sweet spot. Your teams power our low-latency RPC APIs, data streams, and Solana validators. These performance-critical systems must adhere to extremely high standards for availability, latency, and reliability. The surface area is large, the expectations are high, and the impact is immediate. You’ll drive technical direction across some of the most demanding systems in the Solana ecosystem. You’ll coach senior engineers and managers, shape engineering culture, and partner directly with founders on strategy. This role calls for someone with a deeply technical background, who transitioned to engineering leadership in search of broadening their impact. You must operate with high agency, bring clarity to complex problems, and guide teams through fast-paced, high-stakes execution. It’s ideal for someone on a path toward VP Eng who wants real scope and responsibility.
