It helps organizations transform customer experience by augmenting agents' capabilities through AI-human collaboration, automating routine customer interactions, and delivering personalized experiences at scale. About the role We are looking for a Strategic Accounts Product Representative to strengthen the relationship between our Product organisation and our largest enterprise customers, as well as support major commercial opportunities across our products. In this role, you will act as the primary Product interface for selected strategic accounts, helping customers understand our Product capabilities, direction and commitments while ensuring their needs are clearly understood and effectively translated into actionable Product insights. You will work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Product Owners, Engineering and Delivery teams to connect customer expectations with our Product strategy, identify opportunities shared across multiple customers, and provide clear visibility on Product scope, dependencies and roadmap maturity. This is a highly transversal, customer-facing role at the intersection of Product, business and technology. You will engage with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to senior executives, build a deep understanding of their business challenges, and help our Product organisation make better-informed decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: Building trusted Product relationships with strategic customers: Act as their main Product point of contact, in close coordination with Account and Project managers, clearly communicate product capabilities, strategic direction, constraints and trade-offs to stakeholders at every level. Turning customer needs into Product insights: Qualify requests based on customer impact, business value, urgency, recurrence and strategic relevance. Identify common challenges across accounts and work with Product Owners and the Head of Product to surface broader Product opportunities. Ensuring clear and reliable Product commitments: Maintain a consolidated view of Product commitments for strategic accounts, including scope, ownership, dependencies, status and confidence level. Contributing to major commercial opportunities: Coordinate the Product contribution to strategic tenders, RFPs and major sales opportunities, ensuring that Product information, capabilities, limitations and proposed commitments are accurate and aligned internally. Sharing customer and market intelligence: Develop an understanding of customers' industries, business models and relevant regulatory constraints. Bring these insights back to Product and help Sales, Customer Operations and other teams communicate Product decisions consistently. What we're looking for We are looking for someone who combines strong customer-facing skills with a solid understanding of Product and technology. You can navigate complex enterprise environments, understand business challenges, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and bring structure to discussions involving multiple teams and competing priorities. Experience working at the intersection of Product, customers and business, for example in Product Management, Enterprise Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management or a similar role. The ability to understand complex customer environments, engage with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across operational, technical and executive levels. A strong understanding of Product development processes, including discovery, requirements qualification, roadmap management, prioritisation and delivery dependencies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical capabilities, Product direction and trade-offs clearly to different audiences. Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple strategic accounts, requests, stakeholders and commitments simultaneously. The ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority. Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect

ParisFrom $400/yr

Diabolocom is a leading European sovereign cloud contact center (CCaaS) and customer experience platform, trusted by more than 400 companies across 60+ countries for business-critical customer operations. Our technology combines proprietary AI, a private cloud and native telecom infrastructure. Unlike many SaaS platforms built primarily on public-cloud services, we operate our own production environments and manage the underlying infrastructure across networking, connectivity, virtualization, physical infrastructure, telecom and distributed systems. The role We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect with a strong infrastructure engineering background to design end-to-end technical solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You will work at the intersection of our Infrastructure organization and complex customer environments, translating enterprise requirements into architectures that meet demanding security, performance and connectivity needs while remaining scalable and aligned with our platform. You will work closely with our Infrastructure engineers and technical experts to develop and validate architecture options, assess trade-offs and then explain and defend the proposed solutions with customers. The role covers both presales and implementation phases. You will own architecture and design, while our Infrastructure teams remain responsible for implementation. What you will do Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions for complex enterprise projects Develop architecture options, assess trade-offs and validate designs with our Infrastructure experts Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements, explain and defend technical decisions, and challenge requests when a simpler or more sustainable solution is appropriate Support Presales on complex technical opportunities and RFPs Stay involved during implementation to ensure delivery remains aligned with the agreed architecture Create clear architecture documentation, procedures and reusable technical knowledge. Who we are looking for We are looking for a senior infrastructure engineer or architect with deep technical expertise across complex, on-premise environments and the ability to operate confidently with enterprise customers. You can look beyond individual technologies to understand an infrastructure landscape as a whole, identify constraints and dependencies, and design coherent end-to-end solutions. You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and presenting, defending or challenging technical decisions with senior customer stakeholders. What you bring Strong background in infrastructure engineering and architecture, with deep hands-on understanding of on-premise environments Solid expertise across networking, connectivity, virtualization and physical infrastructure, combined with a broad understanding of cloud, security, integrations and distributed systems Proven ability to design end-to-end infrastructure architectures, evaluate trade-offs and turn complex requirements into technically sound solutions Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical discovery, architecture and solution design Ability to communicate complex technical decisions with clarity and credibility, including challenging requirements when necessary Strong technical documentation skills Fluent French and strong professional English. Nice to have Experience with CCaaS, contact center or enterprise communications Voice or telecom expertise Security and compliance knowledge Experience designing solutions for large French enterprises. Your impact You will take technical ownership of the architecture behind some of Diabolocom’s largest enterprise projects, including environments supporting thousands of contact center agents. Your job is to make complex requirements technically workable: understand the customer environment, identify constraints, design the architecture, evaluate trade-offs with our engineers and defend the final solution with the customer. As you build expertise in our platform, you will independently lead architecture work across enterprise opportunities and implementations, from technical discovery and RFPs through design validation and delivery. Your impact will be visible in the projects we win, the architectures we deploy and our ability to scale enterprise delivery without compromising the technical foundations of the platform. Why Diabolocom? Work on infrastructure you can actually see Around 95% of our production infrastructure runs on our own hardware across several European data centers. We operate our own private cloud and manage the layers underneath it, from physical infrastructure and virtualization to networking, connectivity and telecom. For an infrastructure architect, this means working with the full stack rather than designing exclusively through public-cloud abstractions. Design for real enterprise scale You will work on business-critical communication platforms supporting thousands of users, with demanding requirements around availability, network connectivity, security, integrations and performance. These are not theoretical architecture exercises. The solutions you design will be built, operated and used in production by major enterprise customers. Stay at engineering depth The role sits within Infrastructure, not Presales. You will design alongside the engineers who operate our platform, challenge architecture choices with people who understand the systems in depth, and stay involved as your designs move into production. Join at a point of global expansion Diabolocom already supports more than 400 companies across 60+ countries. As we move further into the enterprise market and expand internationally, the scale and complexity of the infrastructure problems we need to solve are increasing. You will help define how our platform supports the next generation of large enterprise deployments while keeping the architecture scalable, secure and operationally sustainable. Logistics 📍 Paris, France 🏢 Hybrid model: minimum 3 days/week onsite 💻 Equipment: choose your preferred setup (Mac/Linux + monitors) 🍽 Lunch vouchers 🚇 Navigo: 50% of the monthly pass reimbursed One more thing You do not need to have held the exact title of Solutions Architect before. Some of the strongest candidates for this role may come from infrastructure engineering or architecture backgrounds and have gradually taken on broader solution design, technical ownership or customer-facing responsibilities. If you have deep infrastructure expertise, can think beyond a single technical domain and are ready to apply that experience to complex enterprise architecture, we would like to hear from you, even if your background does not match every requirement above. Role Overview Diabolocom is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own organic growth across SEO and GEO. This is a commercially focused role. You will be expected to turn search visibility into qualified demand, sales opportunities, pipeline and revenue — not simply report on traffic and rankings. You will own Diabolocom’s international SEO/GEO strategy, lead an SEO team, and decide where to invest across markets, content, technical SEO and AI search to maximize business impact. You will also lead SEO strategy for a major website redesign and migration. Key Responsibilities Own SEO/GEO as a growth channel Own the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, investment priorities and business case. Set commercial objectives for organic growth and hold the channel accountable for qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution. Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales leadership to align organic growth with wider revenue goals. Build keyword and content strategies by country, language, buyer intent and commercial priority. Optimize existing content based on traffic, conversion potential and business value. Improve conversion through stronger CTAs, forms and user journeys. Track organic leads, conversion rates, qualified opportunities and pipeline alongside traditional SEO metrics. Build visibility across AI search and LLMs Own Diabolocom’s GEO and AI-search strategy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and emerging platforms. Define how AI visibility supports authority, demand creation and commercial growth. Track mentions, citations, source visibility and share of voice across priority queries. Improve topical authority through expert content, earned mentions, digital PR, partnerships, citations and link acquisition. Monitor competitor visibility and adapt strategy as AI search evolves. Lead the SEO team and agency ecosystem Manage and develop a team of two SEO specialists, including one SEO Manager and one DACH-focused SEO Specialist. Set priorities, objectives and KPIs tied to business outcomes. Review and challenge recommendations to ensure initiatives have measurable commercial impact.
