Prioritize process improvements that balance the needs of different teams while providing the most overall benefit to Apple Define and implement critical program success metrics Define quick wins vs long term roadmap vision, and necessary execution to get there Facilitate detailed discovery of current and future state business process mapping Technical Acumen Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs Partner with technical teams to rightsize and identify solutions to build a strong data foundation, explore automation and AI/ML capabilities to address business challenges * Conduct detailed data analysis or data gathering to assess a business challenge Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks Experience implementing enterprise scale process and or systems Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional projects Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development lifecycles Experience establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details Broad exposure to sales, business development, finance, finance operations and legal Technical acumen required to effectively discuss and strategize on solutions with IT teams Proven ability of business process mapping and other process analysis techniques Have a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of different data systems and tools. Ability to get your hands dirty with detailed data and systems analysis Outstanding verbal \& written communication skills Experience presenting and making recommendations to senior level executives with short and long term roadmaps Proven ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator that can lead through influence Clearly communicate the vision as well as the details of improvements in regular status updates with senior sales leaders. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,300 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
