Accountabilities Design, build, and deliver fullstack product features end-to-end, working across frontend (React/React Native or similar) and backend systems (Python or equivalent) to create scalable, user-focused solutions. Lead technical projects from initial design through implementation, deployment, and iteration, ensuring strong alignment with product goals and user needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, and leadership to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices as the platform scales and evolves. Improve internal tools, workflows, and development practices to increase team efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-ownership, and inclusive engineering culture. Requirements Strong professional experience in software engineering with deep expertise in either frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or backend (Python), and proven ability to work across the full stack. Demonstrated experience owning features or projects end-to-end in a production environment. Strong product thinking with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into practical technical implementations. Solid understanding of system design principles, scalable architecture, and maintainable code practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and design teams. Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Interest in mentoring others and contributing to the growth of both systems and engineering teams.
