Product Manager API (f/m/d)

immoweltNuremberg, Bavaria, Germany

From $20/yr

Why This Role immowelt is a leading German digital real estate marketplace and part of AVIV Group. Behind every listing sits a flow of real estate data into and out of our marketplace: import infrastructure, classified listing products and data-as-a-service exports. We are modernizing that foundation, including the move from legacy on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, and we need a Product Manager to own it end to end. This is an opportunity to build and transform, whether you are a strong Senior PM or a mid-level PM ready to grow into broader scope. The Team You'll Join You'll join the Listing Management Products team, reporting to the Head of Product at immowelt and working with cross-functional squads across immowelt and AVIV Group. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations and commercial teams. Our next chapter is about platform enablement and cloud migration — and this role will be central to making that happen. What You'll Own * Product strategy and roadmap: Own the vision, mission, roadmap and backlog for Core Classified and Import Products, aligned with immowelt's OKRs and business targets. * Product discovery: Define the target state, assess current gaps and map the best transformation path, based on market signals, B2B customer needs, operational pain points and technical constraints. * End-to-end delivery: Turn complex business and technical requirements into clear scope, acceptance criteria and milestones, and manage priorities, dependencies and risks across several workstreams. * Platform modernization: Lead the migration from legacy on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, with clear migration plans and transparent communication of the impact on other teams. * Stakeholder alignment: Align stakeholders from engineering to senior leadership on strategy, priorities and progress, and present roadmap updates and outcomes with clear storytelling. * Data and measurement: Define success KPIs, north-star metrics and instrumentation for every initiative, and use them to track outcomes and drive improvement. What We'll Achieve Together Success in this role means creating measurable improvements, not simply introducing new processes. We Expect You To Help Us * Improve the success rate of listing imports and the quality of the listing data that flows through our platform. * Increase adoption of our data-as-a-service exports among the customers they are built for. * Give leadership reliable visibility into core product KPIs and north-star metrics. * Make it faster and simpler to onboard and update listings. * Migrate our import and listing workloads from on-premise to the cloud without loss of data quality. The exact measures will be agreed based on the priorities and baseline when you join. What You Bring We care more about what you have built and improved than a particular title or number of years of experience. You Bring * Product management experience, or close hands-on collaboration with product managers, in a high-velocity software product environment. * Experience with platform enablement, API and integration products, partner ecosystems or data services, ideally in transformation projects where infrastructure and business products are modernized together. * Technical fluency to take part in architecture discussions, API design and build-versus-buy decisions, with a solid grasp of integration patterns, microservices, event-driven systems and cloud concepts. * Strong analytical skills and comfort with data querying and BI tools to validate hypotheses and monitor product performance. * Excellent communication in English and German (B2 or above), and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority while owning cross-team impact end to end. Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, marketplaces or data platform contexts. We ideally prefer candidates based in Nuremberg, Berlin or Hamburg. How We Work at AVIV Our Leadership Behaviours describe not only what we expect people to deliver, but how we expect them to deliver it. For This Role, Four Behaviours Will Be Particularly Important All Starts With Me. You take end-to-end ownership, including the impact of your delivery on other teams, and drive problems to resolution rather than waiting for someone else to fix them. Decide Fast. Deliver Hard. You create clarity across several concurrent projects, make decisions with the best information available and remove blockers rather than create them. Data Leads. Judgment Wins. You define meaningful KPIs and north-star metrics, separate useful signals from vanity metrics and combine data with judgment. Simplify to Scale. You build import and listing capabilities that work across teams and markets, and remove friction and complexity instead of adding one-off fixes. Working model: Hybrid, with at least 20% office presence preferred. Benefits * Flexible working hours, part-time arrangements by agreement and up to 30 days of holiday per year * Regular internal training, external development and individual coaching as part of your onboarding * Company pension scheme with financial support, plus capital-forming benefits (vermögenswirksame Leistungen) in full * Free Deutschlandticket, JobRad leasing, or a reserved parking space in the immowelt car park for a small fee * Urban Sports Club membership, a monthly contribution to professional massages and mental health support via Kyan Health * Employee discounts through Corporate Benefits and benefits.me Benefits may vary by location. What to Expect From the Hiring Process We want our hiring process to be focused, transparent and respectful of your time. You can typically expect four steps: a phone call with a recruiter about expectations and circumstances, an interview with the hiring manager, a case study, and an interview with stakeholders. We'll explain the process from the start and keep you informed throughout. At immowelt, we are an equal opportunities employer and an organisation where everyone is welcomed to be their authentic selves. We strongly encourage individuals with visible and non-visible disabilities, all educational backgrounds, people from minority backgrounds, those from the LGBTQIA+ community and parents and carers to apply. If you need reasonable adjustments at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know. She needs to know which use cases we can sell today, which we cannot, and what a demo is allowed to claim. Erik sees the engineering side. He needs requirements that are ready to be built, complete, and clear about what we deliberately leave out. The product sits between the two, and that is this role. We sell vertically, one use case at a time, while the product has to stay general enough to serve the next customer without being rebuilt. You decide what we build next, in which order, and what we decline. How you will be measured: how much of today's project work is standard product a year from now, and how quickly a recognised customer problem becomes a usable capability. We came out of RWTH research, raised €2.8M with Vorwerk Ventures, and have customers running on our models today. Small team, Cologne office. Requirements 5+ years in product management, or consulting with genuine product proximity. You have owned a product area end to end, not only a backlog. A technical and analytical foundation: engineering, data, operations research, quantitative controlling, or finance with real modelling. You recognise when a requirement creates technical debt or will not be reusable at the next customer. You will not write production code. Experience deciding under incomplete information, and explaining the trade-offs afterwards: what you chose, why, and what it cost. You are comfortable working directly with plant managers and controllers, and understand how they decide today. German at C1 level or above, and fluent English. Customer conversations happen in German. Existing work visa for Germany. You should enjoy being in front of customers in your first week, and deciding without a research team behind you. Priorities change as we learn from customers, and we make scope and trade-offs explicit together. Benefits Ownership. The roadmap, and where the line between product and customer project sits. Shaping the role. This is the founding product role. You define how product works here: discovery, prioritisation, and the standards between product and engineering. Exposure. You present your roadmap and the reasoning behind it to the board, and you sit in the core strategy conversations. Real-world impact. Customers plan their production on our models today. Direct collaboration. Small team, no org chart. We work directly together. Weekly feedback, both ways. Compensation. Competitive salary plus a VSOP package reflecting your contribution and development in the role. Hybrid work. Our HQ is in Cologne, and we meet there regularly. Your setup and everyday extras. Hardware of your choice · AI tooling budget · sports membership · Deutschland-Ticket. Process: An intro call, a second conversation with the team, a 60- to 90-minute live case on a real customer requirement, then in-person conversations with the team. "Hustle the day, analyse at night, reinforce something outstanding." Period. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

GroverBerlin, Berlin, Germany

From $201/yr

About Grover Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our talented Commercial team, full-time (40 hours/week) and a minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Principal PM for Circular Supply Chain, who owns the procurement, fulfillment, return, grading, channeling, repair and resale. Grover's economics are not defined by a single transaction. They are defined by how many times the same physical device earns for us. If a device only earns once, our plan does not hold. If it earns two or three times, it does. This works only when we have a spine that holds a record of every asset we own that we can actually trust. Where it is, what condition it is in, which contract it sits on, what it is worth and what happened to it last. Today that record is spread across multiple systems including warehousing, third-party logistics providers, and a set of legacy systems that each hold part of the truth. You will own that record, and the systems that maintain it. This is the Asset Lifecycle Management platform: the asset registry, the reconciliation, the return-to-rentable loop, and the monitoring and tooling that keeps it honest at scale. 🎯 What You Will Contribute * Own the asset registry and the lifecycle it records: Bring the asset lifecycle onto a single source of truth. Define the asset state model, the events that move an asset between states, and the contracts between the systems that emit them. * Stock Availability: E2E device lifecycle handling via different sources of truth within Grover eco-system breaks in several places and each break is stock we own but cannot sell. You will close the gaps and ensure we show the stock available to end customers when we hold them in our warehouses. * Internal tooling to support asset operations: Proactive alerts, monitoring and internal tooling; so that the exceptions like - a lost device, a quarantined unit, a stuck reservation, a unit that never came back - are detected and resolved by a system rather than a spreadsheet. Your job is to keep turning manual, human-in-the-loop operations into automated, rule-based services. * Own the finance and procurement interfaces: Asset cost, net book value, capitalisation and depreciation flow between the asset platform and the general ledger. You will specify what the asset platform needs from finance systems and hold a clean interface, rather than letting business logic leak across the boundary. * Be the API-as-a-product owner for the warehouse and logistics integrations: Operational Logistics owns the commercial relationship with our partners. You own the technical integration, the data contracts and the systems logic that executes our business needs inside their four walls - including, over time, the WMS integration for our own warehouse. * Vendor Management: Parts of this landscape are delivered with an external implementation partner. You will own the requirements, the acceptance criteria and the testing that decide whether what they delivered is what we asked for. 🤝 What You Bring * System-of-record migration track record: You have run a system-of-record migration: You have moved a business off a system that held the truth about something valuable, onto one that holds it better, while the business kept running. You know what dual-running, cutover, backfill and reconciliation actually cost. * Domain fluency: You are fluent in a relevant domain. Supply chain, reverse logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, re-commerce, rental or asset finance. You understand that a physical asset behaves differently from a row in a database, and that the difference is where the bugs live. (A plus if you have experience in rental, leasing, subscription or circular business, where the same asset is sold more than once.) * Self-sufficient, AI-augmented data skills: You are self-sufficient with data. In the world of AI, you use AI tolling as your partner in driving data, reports and analytics and very much cater as an analyst to guide yourself and take informed decisions backed up by data. * Automated operations \& configurable decisioning: You have shipped rules or decisioning products that the business operates. Not a rules engine that only engineering can change. Something an operations or commercial team configures, with the guardrails, audit trail and versioning that makes that safe. * API-as-a-product mindset: You have an API-as-a-product mindset. Your users are other engineers, operations teams and external partners. You know how to define a data contract, version it, document it and support it. * Vendor \& Systems Integrator governance: You have held a vendor or systems integrator to a contract. You can write requirements precise enough to be tested against, and you are comfortable being the person who says this is not what we specified. * Pragmatic brownfield execution: You are a pragmatic operator in a brownfield. You are not intimidated by legacy. You can balance the new build against the reality, and you would rather agree on a descope in advance than discover it in March. * System-to-stakeholder translation: You communicate with clarity and structure. You can take a genuinely complicated system and make it legible to an engineer, an operations lead and an executive, in the language each of them needs. * Bonus points: if you have experience with ERP interfaces - S/4 HANA, Navision or similar - from the operational side rather than the finance side. 🚀 The Grover Way - How We Drive Success * Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise. * Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully. * Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers. * Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how". ❤️‍🔥 What You Will Love About Us * A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) * Virtual or In-person Coaching Sessions with the Fürstenberg Institut * Physical health support with Urban Sports Club * Annual learning budget of 750€ * 15 remote business days per year to work abroad * 4 Volunteer days per year * Exclusive Grover Tech discount * BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin * Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world. 💚 We are looking forward to e-meeting you! 🚀

Senior Product & Technical Marketing Manager – Fusion Design (EMEA)

AutodeskMunich, Bavaria, Germany

From $26/yr

Job Requisition ID # 26WD100979 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced product and technical marketing professional with a mechanical design and engineering background to support and expand the Fusion design portfolio in EMEA. Autodesk Fusion brings CAD, CAM, CAE, PCB, PDM, and PLM together on one cloud platform at a price that puts professional tools within reach of every engineer and every shop. EMEA is home to some of the world’s most demanding design and manufacturing customers, and they don’t buy generic messaging. They buy from people who understand their workflows, their tools, and their constraints. You will own messaging and positioning for Fusion design in the region, develop technical assets, and produce enablement content that empowers our go-to-market teams to win against entrenched incumbents such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Onshape, NX, and Creo. This role requires someone who has worked as an engineer or designer, understands how products are modeled, simulated, documented, and released to manufacturing, and can translate technical capabilities into compelling business value. Ideal candidates will bring an experimentation mindset and continuously find ways to use AI to scale themselves and the team. Responsibilities Product Marketing * Own the Autodesk Fusion design story and point of view for EMEA, including AI-enabled design workflows, adapting the global narrative to regional segments, industries, and competitive dynamics, and feeding what you learn back into the global story. * Define and articulate messaging and positioning for Fusion design across parametric and direct modeling, assemblies, simulation, generative design, electronics, data management, and the connected design-to-manufacture workflow. * Spend real time with customers. Run discovery conversations with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and shop owners across the region, then turn their pain points, language, and objections into messaging, campaigns, and enablement. * Monitor the competitive landscape and build competitive intelligence and positioning, including win/loss signal that you bring back to product, global PMM, and regional sales. * Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, sales, and Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth Marketing teams to drive adoption. Co-own the outcomes: you succeed when their funnels convert. * Lead regional launches end to end: localized messaging, field and partner enablement, events, and post-launch adoption. Turn each release into a demand-generating moment, not just an announcement. * Create enablement materials including presentations, solution one-pagers, competitive comparisons, battlecards, and case studies. * Partner with the channel and strategic partner ecosystem across EMEA to drive adoption and awareness. * Partner with industry strategy and product management teams to ensure alignment with market needs. Technical Marketing * Build technical assets such as demos, reference workflows, videos, and blogs showcasing Fusion’s design capabilities, from first sketch through simulation, drawings, and handoff to manufacturing. * Run hands-on competitive evaluations. Build the same part or assembly in Fusion and in competing tools, and document where Fusion wins, where it doesn’t, and what that means for positioning. Turn the results into comparison assets that hold up to engineering scrutiny. * Validate new workflows and features before release to ensure accurate technical storytelling, and give product management a clear read on how each feature will land with EMEA customers. * Develop out-of-the-box, ready-to-run technical demos that field teams and partners can deliver without you. * Deliver and support technical presentations at internal and external events, such as Autodesk University and regional industry conferences. * Collaborate with product teams to highlight differentiators and competitive advantages. AI-Driven Workflows * Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that scale product and technical marketing, such as call-transcript and win/loss analysis, competitive release monitoring, messaging testing pipelines, and research synthesis. * Maintain the custom GPTs, Claude projects, and skills your team uses day to day. Show us what you built and what it changed. Qualifications * A degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent hands-on experience as a practicing engineer or designer. * 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering roles, such as product design, design engineering, or applications engineering, with hands-on use of a CAD tool in real projects. * Strong technical experience with Fusion or another major CAD platform (SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Creo, CATIA, Solid Edge, or Onshape). You understand parametric versus direct modeling and can explain why the difference matters to a customer. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of competitive CAD tools. * Familiarity with simulation, generative design, electronics design, CAM, or PDM/PLM is a plus, along with the curiosity to learn the rest. * Proven experience in product marketing and technical marketing within software or engineering technology. If your background is in solutions engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales, show us the positioning, enablement, or launch work that demonstrates product marketing aptitude and ambition. * You’ve shaped positioning and messaging, tested it with real customers, and iterated until it resonated. You don’t ship copy you haven’t validated. * Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. * Skilled in creating engaging multimedia content (video, demos, infographics). * Demonstrated experience building AI workflows beyond the chat window, such as agents, automated analysis, or custom GPTs and skills your team relies on. * Fluent in the EMEA market and comfortable with multi-country, multi-language GTM. English is required; German, French, or another major European language is a plus. How We’ll Measure Success * Messaging that resonates with EMEA customers, is adopted by field and partners, and shows up in win rates. * Technical content, demos, and comparisons that field teams use and that hold up when customers test them. * A steady flow of customer insight that changes global positioning, campaigns, or roadmap priorities. * Regional launch and campaign outcomes (activation, adoption, and pipeline influenced), measured jointly with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth. * AI-driven workflows that shorten the time from customer or competitor signal to updated positioning and enablement. Why Join Us? Fusion is a strategic growth area for Autodesk, and EMEA is a market we’re actively building. In this role, you will shape how we tell the story of connected design and manufacturing workflows and help customers move from first concept to finished product on one platform. Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies. Senior Product Manager - Clinical AI (d/f/m)

AignosticsBerlin, Berlin, Germany

From $55/yr

Why us Aignostics is a spin-off from one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious university hospitals (Charité), with employees in Berlin and New York. We have received over $55M in funding from leading investors and are a growing team of over 80 interdisciplinary professionals. We work with leading global life sciences companies as well as academic partners. We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize how cancer and other complex diseases are diagnosed and treated. Without access to high quality data and a scientifically rigorous, transparent approach to model development, AI is just a buzzword. That’s where we come in. The role PathoSearch is our search product for pathologists, built on Atlas, our foundation model. We launched it recently in an early-access program, and the goal now is to take it to scale as a paid B2B product. You own the product direction: vision, strategy, roadmap, quality bar, and the calls on what we build next. You spend a lot of your time with pathologists and build your view of the product from how they actually work and how they use it. You work with the go-to-market team on the first commercial contracts and with the tech team on what ships. What you will do * Product strategy and positioning: Define what PathoSearch needs to be to earn a permanent place in a pathologist's workflow, and the path from early access to a paid B2B product. * Lead 0-to-1 product development: Take PathoSearch from early access to product-market fit. Own the quality bar: define what a good result is, what to return when we are out of coverage, and when something is good enough to ship and for whom. * Customer focus: Run continuous discovery with pathologists and pair it with usage data. Find out why people don't come back, and fix it. * Roadmap: Set priorities across ML, engineering and science. Make the hard calls on what gets built, what waits and what gets cut, and own them. * Go-to-market: Work with the go-to-market team on the first paying institutions: what a pilot needs to show, how individual usage turns into an institutional purchase, and where PathoSearch should be distributed. What we are looking for * 5+ years product management experience in B2B products, in a fast-paced environment. * Pre product-market fit experience: You've taken a product from first users to retention or revenue, ideally more than once. * AI product experience: You've shipped products whose output can be wrong (e.g. search, ranking, recommendations, ML) and you owned the decision on what was good enough to ship. * A customer-first approach: You invest real time with users and go find the data and evidence needed to make the right calls. You look at usage data before you redesign. * Bias to action: You make good calls with incomplete information, unblock yourself, and know when to ship and when to hold. * Communication and influence: You write clearly, turn ambiguity into direction, and bring pathologists and ML scientists with you without waiting for consensus. Nice to have * Pathology, diagnostics, clinical or life-sciences experience. * Regulated or evidence-heavy products. Our offer * Competitive remuneration, 30 vacation days, flexible hours and remote work * €1,000 annual L\&D budget (+ 2 L\&D days), language classes, mentoring program * Family \& pet friendly with flexible parental leave * Subsidized transport/sports/wellbeing membership and social events * Optional pension scheme Join us to make a difference! At Aignostics, we believe that fighting cancer is a job for people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures. We're committed to equal opportunity regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or background. We thrive through collaboration and believe the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.

Our global team of 500 drives things forward collaboratively, takes personal responsibility, values constructive critical thinking, and is dedicated to serving our customers and planet. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and own the internal, backend-heavy products behind our operations. Every item rebuy sells has been through our hands. Before a pre-owned book, DVD, or game reaches a customer, it has been bought in, received, identified, tested, graded, stored, picked, packed, and shipped. The systems that run this flow are the focus of this team, and the users are the hundreds of colleagues in our operations teams. You will own the tools and services behind inbound processing, grading and quality control, fulfillment, and returns. Your users are warehouse operators, graders, pickers, and operations leads. Your customers are, in the end, every rebuy buyer and seller who relies on the condition and delivery promise we make.
