Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Salesforce) Location: Remote (U.S.) | Eastern Time Zone Hours Required Travel: up to 20% Overview MOGEL , on behalf of a growing, technology-driven education organization, is seeking an Enterprise Systems Product Manager to support the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud . This role is ideal for a collaborative, hands-on product professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support operations, optimize service workflows, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve both internal efficiency and external customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Support the development and execution of the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, and success metrics * Drive enhancements to existing functionality and support implementation of new Salesforce capabilities and modules * Collaborate with admins, developers, and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions * Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and guide stakeholders through solution design and delivery planning * Write and manage epics and user stories, and support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization * Monitor system performance and product success using key metrics such as user adoption, defect rates, and delivery outcomes * Stay current on Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends, recommending improvements and innovations * Maintain system documentation, release notes, and training materials to support adoption and transparency * Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously optimize workflows and user experience * Ensure solutions align with compliance, policy, and operational requirements * Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and broader enterprise system improvements Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field * 4+ years of experience in product management, enterprise systems, or CRM consulting within a SaaS environment * Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud required * Experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), or NetSuite ERP is a plus * Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering system enhancements or implementations * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe); CSPO preferred * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders * Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills * Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For * A collaborative product thinker who can connect strategy to execution * A technical translator who bridges business needs and system capabilities * A data-driven decision-maker focused on continuous improvement * A hands-on contributor who thrives in a highly cross-functional environment * A professional passionate about delivering seamless customer and user experiences Why Join * Opportunity to shape and enhance a critical enterprise Salesforce ecosystem * High-impact role with visibility across business and technology teams * Collaborative, innovation-driven environment * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer MOGEL and our clients are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants. Requirements: - Have 5+ years of experience in product management or related experience. - Proven track record of building and deploying B2B Enterprise products. - Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by both quantitative data and qualitative insights - Low ego and high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy. - Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
