Physical Therapist - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while performing evaluations as well as developing \& administering treatment plans for a wide variety of outpatient conditions. This is a full-time position with a variable schedule working out of our Eagan clinic. Days may start as early as 7am \& may end as late as 6:45pm; however the number of early or late days in a week will be limited (ie. 1-2 late days per week); this can vary depending on applicant \& manager discussion. All PTs are required to join the Saturday rotation for infrequent Saturday shifts. This hire would ideally be 2+ years out of graduating from PT school and has experience, and a desire, to treat general orthopedic upper extremity conditions. This position would be a 50-75% upper extremity case load. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions: Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act Apply lawful and ethical use of therapy services in daily treatments Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines Direct supervision of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) may be required Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting Ability to work a flexible schedule based on clinic needs including but not limited to variable shifts, multiple clinic locations, etc. Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license Routinely participate and share knowledge obtained from continuing education courses with staff and the community at the direction of the department or organization. Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy in the state in which practicing Benefits \& Compensation: Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. Our outpatient orthopedic team at Capitol Hill is seeking an energetic, engaging, and personable licensed physical therapist (PT) to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. On-site mentorship available for new graduate PTs. Our motivated population is primarily orthopedics, with sports medicine, vestibular, and dry needling as additional services offered. Our clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 60-minute evals. We are located in the Capitol Hill section of DC on Pennsylvania Ave. Parking available! Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week, treating two days until 7 PM, with your last patient scheduled an hour prior.
