We are also open to considering a licensed Athletic Trainer if the fit is right and there is strong alignment with our model and values. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a cash-based environment, values meaningful patient relationships, and enjoys working collaboratively in a small clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a cash-based model Evaluate, treat, and progress patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes Collaborate with team members to support patient success and clinic operations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute positively to clinic culture, morale, and teamwork Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic space What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with patients and teammates Desire to grow clinically and professionally Comfort working independently while also being an engaged team member Alignment with our clinic’s values and culture Qualifications Physical Therapist Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Florida 1-2+ years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy setting Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred OCS or SCS preferred Athletic Trainer (if applicable) Licensed Athletic Trainer Experience in orthopedic or sports medicine settings preferred Interest in working within a cash-based clinical model Why Join Us?
