You could also be an independent marketer looking to bring your skills into one business and help shape its growth. Your title matters less than your experience. We’re looking for someone who personally builds and delivers the work, understands how the different channels connect, and can show what they have achieved. What you will be able to demonstrate A broad digital marketer with particular strength in search and copy. At least three to five years of relevant experience is a useful guide; demonstrated ability matters more than age, qualifications or a long list of platforms. You will be able to show us how you have: * Helped prospective customers find a business through relevant searches, including searches that did not contain its name. * Planned and delivered campaigns connecting search, content, landing pages, clear calls to action and email follow-up. * Created strong social media content, including written posts, graphics, carousels and short videos. * Built CRM campaigns and automated workflows that turn enquiries into timely, relevant sales follow-up. * Measured results, learned from what worked and changed what didn’t. You don’t need to know every platform listed. You do need to demonstrate depth in the tools you use, sound judgment about their outputs and the ability to learn quickly. About you You enjoy working in a growing, fast-moving technology startup, where priorities evolve and you can see the difference your work makes. You are comfortable taking ownership, making practical decisions and getting things done, while knowing when to ask questions or bring others in. You are intensely curious about technology. You actively explore new tools as they emerge, learn how to use them and test where they can improve your work. You are an early adopter who can distinguish a useful development from a distraction. Our purpose matters to you: a safer, more respectful world for everyone, starting with the places where we work and study. You care about making complex or sensitive subjects clear, accessible and human. You bring energy, optimism, pragmatism, resilience and care to work every day—in how you approach a challenge, support your colleagues and work with our customers. You welcome feedback, share what you learn and follow through on your commitments. Location and working arrangements This role is Melbourne based. We are open to full-time or part-time work, flexible working arrangements and job-share proposals. Tell us the arrangement you are seeking and how you would make it work. We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. How to apply Your application must include: 1. A cover letter explaining why RespectX’s purpose interests you, what you would bring to this role and your preferred working arrangement. 2. Your CV, outlining your relevant experience. 3. Marketing Manager (Australia) Fixed Term

intellifloSydney, New South Wales, Australia

From $202/yr

intelliflo is a global B2B business that welcomes bold ideas and all points of view. Doing what matters inspires us, and we believe we grow best, as people and as businesses, by working together and always striving to get better without fearing failure. We're not looking for a "culture fit". We want you to bring your unique skills and perspectives and add to our culture, not conform to it. We want people who stand out, and who want to challenge the norms of B2B marketing. Who is intelliflo? Sound financial advice has the power to transform lives and should be accessible to the many, not the few. intelliflo widens access to financial advice through leading technology that powers the advisory experience. The role This is intelliflo's only marketing role on the ground in Australia, which makes it a genuinely broad and visible one. You'll be the voice, eyes and ears of marketing in the region, turning our global strategy into local activity that drives pipeline, supports our sales team and deepens relationships with the advice firms we already work with. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, based in the UK, and alongside UK-based specialists in paid media, social and digital. Day to day, though, you'll be running the Australian marketing programme yourself, so you'll be comfortable working autonomously, making decisions and getting things done across time zones. No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be briefing a new landing page, the next you're planning an adviser roundtable, launching a direct mail campaign or shaping a social campaign for the Australian market. The role is fixed term until July 2027. Key responsibilities Campaigns and demand generation • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for the Australian market across new business and existing customers, aligned to regional commercial priorities. • Set clear objectives and measures of success for every campaign, and report on results to the Head of Marketing and the local sales team. • Develop and manage direct mail and other offline activity, from concept and copy through to supplier management and follow-up. • Work with the sales team to understand their pipeline needs, and keep them informed of upcoming marketing activity. Events • Own the Australian events calendar, including industry conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, customer events and webinars. • Manage event budgets, logistics, suppliers and on-the-day delivery. • Coordinate pre and post event communications and make sure every event has a clear follow-up plan. • Track event performance and review priorities regularly based on ROI, brand impact and pipeline contribution. Website and digital • Keep the Australian website content accurate, current and conversion-focused, and play an active role in new page and site builds. • Brief and collaborate with UK digital colleagues and web partners, providing clear requirements and local market input. • Create paid media creative and copy for the Australian market, ready for deployment by our Digital Marketing Specialist, and provide local insight on messaging and audiences to help optimise performance. Social and content • Plan and deliver Australian social campaigns in partnership with the UK social team, ensuring content feels authentically local. • Adapt global content for the Australian market and identify local stories, customer successes and industry themes worth telling. • Manage the local content calendar and spot repurposing opportunities across channels. Customer marketing • Support adoption, retention and upsell activity with existing Australian customers, working with customer success and product teams. • Act as the gatekeeper for customer-facing marketing communications in the region, ensuring they're clear, consistent and on brand. Brand, PR and partnerships • Bring our brand and tone of voice to life in everything we produce locally. • Work with PR partners and industry bodies to build intelliflo's profile within the Australian advice community. • Manage relationships with local agencies and suppliers. Market insight • Keep a close eye on the Australian advice market, regulation and competitor activity, and feed insight back into the global marketing team. About you Skills and experience • Extensive B2B marketing experience in Australia, ideally within financial services or FinTech. • A true generalist, confident across campaigns, events, digital, social and direct marketing. • Experience working as a sole or lead marketer, with the self-motivation to operate independently. • Hands-on experience with website content management (for example WordPress or similar) and marketing automation or CRM tools (for example HubSpot). • Strong writing skills, with the ability to turn technical product information into clear, engaging content. • Significant experience planning and running events and exhibitions. • A data-driven mindset that's creative in application, with the ability to report clearly on what's working and why. • Experience working with colleagues across borders and time zones. Knowledge • A solid understanding of the Australian financial services and advice market. • Experience marketing to financial advisers is a big plus. Personal qualities • Confident in your decisions, and able to back that confidence up. • Organised, detail-focused and respectful of deadlines. • Collaborative, with a talent for building trusted relationships with sales, product and global colleagues. • An overwhelming desire to do a great job and have fun along the way. Qualifications A marketing qualification (for example CIM or an Australian equivalent) is welcome, but your experience, attitude and personal attributes matter far more to us. If you don't have one, please don't let that put you off applying. What's in it for you? • A broad, high-impact role where you'll own marketing for an entire region. • Close collaboration with a supportive global marketing team. • The chance to develop across every discipline of modern B2B marketing. • Competitive pay, retirement savings, health and wellness benefits and more. • Flexible working: for most roles, you can speak to your line manager about where and how you work. Our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion Our aspiration is for our workforce to continually reflect the diversity of people and perspectives in today's evolving society, which we believe is fundamental to our efforts to widen access to financial advice. intelliflo is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity for all job applicants and employees.
