Duties * Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing tailored exercise routines based on patient care plans. * Guide patients through prescribed exercises, ensuring proper body mechanics and technique to maximize safety and effectiveness. * Monitor vital signs, assess patient responses during therapy sessions, and document progress accurately within electronic health record systems such as Epic. * Support patient education by explaining exercise procedures, emphasizing the importance of adherence, and addressing questions related to physiology and anatomy. * Conduct patient assessments, including body mechanics analysis and basic vital sign checks, to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. * Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning correctly. * Collaborate with healthcare team members to update care plans, track patient progress, and ensure optimal outpatient care delivery. Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic planning processes with the leadership staff. Qualifications \& Preferred Skills Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of experience working in non-profit fundraising preferably in a social service agency) in an applicable field with at least two (2) years of experience providing senior leadership while supervising staff across a broad geography Experience creating and driving the analytic framework for planning and managing organizational change in a fast growing organization Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and guiding investment in people and systems Strong public presentation skills in one-on-one, small and large group settings Strategic thinker Outstanding organizational and planning skills Core understanding of governmental and private streams of funding for social service programs is preferred Experience with broader community policy development and implementation/systemic advocacy is a plus Solid commitment to the principles of support and advocacy for foster and adoptive families Collaborate and advocate for positive outcomes, using excellent interpersonal skills in multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic professional teams Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated talent to write clearly and persuasively Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
