Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapy Exercise Technician to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. Duties * Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing tailored exercise routines based on patient care plans. * Guide patients through prescribed exercises, ensuring proper body mechanics and technique to maximize safety and effectiveness. * Monitor vital signs, assess patient responses during therapy sessions, and document progress accurately within electronic health record systems such as Epic. * Support patient education by explaining exercise procedures, emphasizing the importance of adherence, and addressing questions related to physiology and anatomy. * Conduct patient assessments, including body mechanics analysis and basic vital sign checks, to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. * Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning correctly. * Collaborate with healthcare team members to update care plans, track patient progress, and ensure optimal outpatient care delivery.
