Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in economics, public policy, statistics, data science, public health, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in health care analytics, health policy research, or a related analytic role. * Demonstrated capacity analyzing large datasets and translating findings into clear, actionable insights through written summaries and effective data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, and tables). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and analytic summaries. * Experience with at least one data or statistical programming language in a professional context (e.g., R, Python, SAS, Stata, SQL). * Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid administrative claims data preferred. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred. * Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
