Position Description: Provide administrative support for the Deputy and Program Manager of the Surveillance Radar In-Service Engineering and Logistics support contract. ​MUST HAVE Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance) Responsibilities and Duties: · Provide direct support to the Deputy and Program Manager for office activities, schedules, meetings, products and services. · Prepare and coordinate preparations for customer meetings and program reviews including production/distribution of presentations/briefs. Coordinate and collect presentation inputs and prepare the Program Review PowerPoint briefs. Perform same for Monthly and Quarterly Status Reports in MS Word format. · Perform as travel request coordinator, tracking travel for technicians, logisticians, and others. For all travel, send travel requests to the government Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and ensure timely submission and approval. Coordinate with travelers and assist with travel changes as needed. · Provide support for procurement actions, executing purchases as needed. Serve as backup to the lead purchasing administrator during their leave and absences. · Perform charge number setup and allocations in Costpoint in direct support of the Contract Financial Manager. · Assist with office administration, performing functions such as visitor control for interviews, VIP and guests for office visits. Ensure all sign the visitor log and distribute badges as needed. Support the Security Officer with administrative support as needed. · Generate and maintain documentation, presentations and spreadsheets as required to support program activities. · Provide office support functions, interfacing with maintenance personnel for minor repairs and ensuring office supplies are properly always stocked. Required Qualifications and Skills: · Minimum Four years of customer service/administrative experience. · Practical experience providing administrative support in a team environment. · Experience developing and maintaining team schedules and providing resource management. · Experience planning, scheduling preparing for program reviews and meetings. · Experience tracking travel (JTR experience a plus) · Experience with funds management, reporting on financial status, and projecting resource requirements. · Interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills. · Personal Computer skills (proficiency with MS Office applications). Desired Qualifications: · Experience collecting inputs from technical and non-technical personnel for weekly, monthly reports and program reviews, assembling the electronic reports/briefs for manager review, preparing final hardcopies. · Experience working on a Navy technical support contract. · Advanced skills with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Creates alternative production plans, including identifying constraints, alternative solutions and recovery plans. Team Leadership: Under the supervision of leadership, assists to provide daily direction and communication to team to ensure that day-to-day, tactical objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner. Model Development: Designs, create and utilize complex models to generate constrained production plans that meet organizational targets. Ensures accurate inputs and calculations in the production planning models for time frames ranging from three to eighteen months.
