Patient Care Coordinator – Hands-On Clinical Experience
Job Overview Premier Health Chiropractic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support both clinical care and front-office operations in our busy, award-winning chiropractic clinic. This entry-level healthcare role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a medical or wellness setting. You will work directly with the Doctor of Chiropractic and play an important role in helping patients move through their care efficiently and comfortably. No prior chiropractic experience is required—paid training is provided. Responsibilities Clinical Support Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic activities and in-office treatment modalities, including laser therapy, neuromuscular stimulation, and intersegmental traction Carry out diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with clinic standards and safety guidelines Record detailed and timely clinical documentation by charting patient encounters in real time Coordinate patient movement and treatment timing to support an organized and efficient clinical schedule Administrative \& Front Desk Support · Welcome patients and oversee intake and discharge processes · Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate electronic patient records · Explain clinic financial policies and assist with insurance eligibility and benefits confirmation · Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily clinic function Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment Ability to assist patients with physical movement and stretching Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn Prior medical or healthcare office experience is a plus, but not required Pay \& Benefits Starting pay of $13.40/hour during initial training period Opportunity for increase up to $14.50 hour after successful completion of training and performance review Paid sick time is offered upon successful completion of the training period and satisfactory performance review.
