Executive Assistant to the CEO Role Overview As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level, proactive support and act as a trusted right hand. This role requires an experienced, confident, and highly organised individual who can manage complex priorities, exercise sound judgement, and operate with discretion in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Experience Required * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting a CEO or senior management. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex diaries, inboxes, and competing priorities with minimal supervision. * Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and materials on behalf of senior executives. * High level of discretion and integrity, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using CRM systems. * Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgement. * Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Flexible and adaptable approach, able to balance planned work with ad hoc and time-sensitive demands. As an S\&W Private Client Tax Senior Manager you will manage a portfolio of clients and their families (including HNWIs, entrepreneurs/business owners and internationally mobile individuals), working closely with Partners/Directors to deliver advisory and compliance services. The role will also include business development in respect of new and existing clients, and mentoring/developing team members. As a Senior Manager your responsibilities will include Managing a varied portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, partnerships and trusts Assisting Partners and Directors with, and when suitable, take the lead on tax planning initiatives like succession planning through trusts and corporate structures, as well as addressing capital gains and inheritance tax concerns Liaising with other service lines to deliver work to clients, for example accounts \& corporate tax work Overseeing compliance and fundamental advisory tasks completed by junior staff members Maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting senior members of the team to identify opportunities for new work Developing the more junior team including providing timely feedback and assisting them with technical and personal development Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have Significant experience and knowledge of a variety of private client tax issues gained within another professional services firm Proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base Ability to demonstrate experience in tax planning/advisory projects as well as managing complex compliance issues.
