Position Summary The Sales \& Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and growing referral relationships across key healthcare verticals, including: Healthcare facilities Physicians and clinics Senior living and eldercare organizations Community and professional partners This role drives revenue for private pay home care and medical staffing services through strategic territory management, relationship-building, and consistent execution.
