Reliant Central Check-In has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient-focused and detailed oriented Senior Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals. Schedule (FT, 38.75 hours): Monday through Friday, will work 7.75 hrs. per day Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am to 5pm. The schedule will be determined by the practice manager upon hire. Location: 101 Cedar St Milford, MA 01757 This position is 100% onsite at our Milford, MA office location. About the Role: Support the care team and patients by greeting and checking in patients, answering in person and telephonic inquiries, collecting payments, completing daily site deposit, insurance verification and maintaining demographic information. Primary Responsibilities: * Conduct or participate in scheduled practice meetings * Assist in the handling of patient complaints * Participate with Practice Manager in new staff selection and hiring and on boarding of new Medical Receptionists * Conduct on-site new staff administrative training * Participate in organizational initiatives and projects including workflow improvement initiatives * Ordering of all department supplies * Perform other duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? This new business unit has a global presence which combines both R\&D capabilities and a dedicated Go-To-Market team. This team is focused on delivering above market growth and continuing to solve problems that matter for our customers. The Senior Finance Busines Partner will report to the Finance Director, Biologics Business Unit. This position will partner closely with both R\&D leaders and Sales \& Marketing teams to drive accelerating performance. Responsibilities: Act as the primary finance business partner to both the Americas and EMEA and Sales teams which may include comprehensive understanding of top-line business performance, full P\&L Management, detailed understanding of market landscape and rigorous financial modeling. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to two impactful business leaders and will become embedded in the operating mechanisms of those teams. This role will require deep cross-company collaboration to drive outcomes. This role is accountable for business performance and must navigate a matrixed organization structure across the Waters business to drive influence. Play a critical role in both the annual strategic planning process and the annual AOP planning process. This role will be the primary contact supporting these processes through business partnering, financial/business case modeling and communication. The role will be responsible to define financial targets for the business using key business assumptions while developing thoughtful methodologies and applying financial rigor throughout the process. Act as the primary finance contact with cross-functional teams on major company initiatives and provide value-added financial analysis and support of business reviews and decisions from the financial perspective, including but not limited to, operational efficiency, KPIs, business cases, etc; This person may be asked to support workstreams that span across multiple business segments.
