From $200/yr

Product Manager, ContractsLocation: Hybrid | In-Office Options About the Role TechnoMile’s AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) product is purpose-built for mission-driven organizations, and we’re investing heavily in the next generation of agentic capabilities on top of it. The focus is on what a CLM should be in the era of AI and agents. This product aligns with our Growth Suite and Security Suite, extending TechnoMile’s leadership in the GovCon market into the broader commercial space. We're looking for a Contracts Product Manager to be the voice of the commercial market — discovering what customers need, translating it into a clear roadmap, and partnering with engineering to ship fast. You'll own the commercial customer engagement side of this product while working alongside a leadership team that brings deep GovCon and mission-driven domain expertise. You’ll be the commercial voice on the product, with an aggressive timeline and real autonomy on execution. The strategic scope is defined-you own the crunchy details that make the difference between a product customers tolerate and one they love. You’ll work with a leadership team that already understands the GovCon and mission-driven space deeply, so you can focus your energy on the commercial market rather than re-explaining fundamentals. If you want to build something real, fast, with AI as your daily co-worker, this is the seat. This full-time position reports to our SVP of Product What You’ll Do * Own commercial market discovery- talk to customers, prospects, sales, and customer success constantly to understand what mission-driven commercial organizations actually need from a modern CLM * Translate market signals into a prioritized product roadmap and clear, actionable specs that engineering can execute against on a fast sprint cadence * Partner closely with the SVP of Product, sales, and customer success to align strategy and execution * Drive sprint-by-sprint validation loops with customers — ship, learn, adjust, repeat * Partner with design on workflow, interaction, and agent experience — CLMs live or die on how redlining, approvals, clause libraries, and human/agent hand-offs feel in practice * Define success metrics for new capabilities and use product data — adoption, task completion, agent accuracy, time-to-value — to drive prioritization, not just customer anecdotes * Make ruthless prioritization calls in a fast-moving environment with imperfect information * Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions upward and across the organization with clarity and speed Qualifications * Proven product management experience shipping software products, ideally in B2B SaaS * Exceptional customer engagement skills- you genuinely enjoy talking to customers and have a track record of turning conversations into product insight * Comfort operating at high velocity: fast sprint cadence, rapid iteration, ambiguity as the default state * Ruthless prioritization instincts and the judgment to say no * Genuine fluency with AI tools. You use Claude daily. You've built things with Bolt, Replit, or similar. You understand how to use AI to compress research, synthesize feedback, prototype ideas, and accelerate everything you do * Strong written and verbal communication -you can produce crisp PRDs, specs, roadmap docs, and exec updates, and convey what’s happening upward fast and clearly * Hands-on fluency with backlog and sprint tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) -you live in the backlog, not above it * Technical depth to reason about AI product trade-offs - model choice, latency, evals, failure modes, and where deterministic logic belongs vs. where an LLM or agent does Preferred * Experience with contract lifecycle management, legaltech, compliance, document management, or adjacent domains * Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic product features for customers, not just using AI tools personally * Background working with mission-driven organizations or in regulated commercial environments * Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems * Prior experience shipping in a high-velocity, fast-iteration environment Who We Are TechnoMile provides AI-enabled cloud solutions that empower GovCon, aerospace and defense, and other government-focused companies to modernize operations.
