This role is for clinicians who want to specialize in getting athletes back to sport — not just back to daily activities. This means: * Developing sport\-specific rehab progressions that bridge the gap from PT to performance * Working with athletes on load management, training modifications, and injury prevention * Collaborating with coaches, trainers, and other providers in the athlete's ecosystem * Building referral relationships with sports medicine physicians and athletic programs * Contributing to our sports performance programming and protocols We'll support you in building this niche — but you need to own it. **Who We're Looking For** * Licensed PT in Virginia (or license\-eligible) * Strong orthopedic foundation with sports rehabilitation experience * Personal background in athletics or training — you understand the athlete mindset * Interest in strength \& conditioning principles and their application to rehab * Sports\-specific certifications (SCS, CSCS, etc.) preferred but not required * Coachable — our mentorship only works if you want to learn * Team\-first attitude — small practice, big culture expectations **About Our Clinics** We're a two\-clinic private practice in Northern Virginia (McLean and Falls Church) founded by practicing clinicians.
