We are looking for a highly creative, experienced and technically skilled Lead Graphic \& UI Designer to take ownership of our brand’s visual identity across digital marketing, online gaming platforms and retail environments. About the Position This is a hands-on senior creative role for someone who can produce exceptional designs, lead creative projects and work effectively in a fast-paced marketing environment. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable creating attention-grabbing promotional campaigns, designing user-friendly digital interfaces and developing responsive HTML emails and landing pages. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent, professional and exciting brand presence while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Lead the creative direction and visual identity of Allstars Bets. * Design high-impact marketing material for sports betting, casino, lotto and promotional campaigns. * Create engaging social media advertisements, digital banners, animations and promotional videos. * Design responsive HTML/CSS email campaigns and landing pages. * Develop UI designs for online casino lobbies, promotional pages and digital platforms. * Produce graphics and animated content for retail TV screens and digital signage. * Design professional posters, billboards, flyers, signage and other print marketing materials. * Develop and maintain brand guidelines and reusable design templates. * Oversee and guide junior designers, freelancers and external creative agencies. * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns on time. * Ensure all advertising complies with applicable gambling regulations and platform advertising policies. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ professional graphic design experience. * At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring designers. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. * Strong working knowledge of Figma and UI/UX design principles. * Practical HTML5 and CSS3 skills are essential. * Proven ability to design and code responsive marketing emails and landing pages. * Experience creating digital advertising campaigns for Meta, Google and other online platforms. * Excellent understanding of typography, branding, layout and visual communication. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. * A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability and versatility. Highly Advantageous * Previous experience in sports betting, online casinos, gaming or iGaming. * Motion graphics and video editing experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro. * Basic JavaScript knowledge. * Experience designing casino game promotions, sports betting campaigns and digital gaming interfaces. * Knowledge of retail digital signage and promotional displays. * Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion-focused design and digital marketing. The role involves teaching and coordinating a range of subjects as per the Curro and IEB curricula for the senior phase. The teacher is responsible for the active teaching, knowledge transfer, skills development and growth of positive attitudes among learners through integrated and focused teaching approaches.
