CyberhavenEu, N, FR

From $250/yr

About the role Cyberhaven is building Flow, a unified data security platform spanning Human Data Security, Agentic Data Security, and Data Security Posture Management. The people who use it are security analysts, insider-risk investigators, and data protection leaders — experts doing demanding work under time pressure, who live in our product all day. And increasingly they are not working alone: AI agents are becoming actors inside the enterprise and inside our product, which means the experience we design now has to serve both the human doing the judging and the agent doing the work. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager focussing on endpoint capabilities in a fast growing startup with an innovative technology. You will work directly with the company’s top executives and the founders to drive the company vision, seeing it through the customer’s eyes, and rally engineers to enhance and expand the endpoint capabilities. What you'll do * Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for Cyberhaven’s endpoint sensor capabilities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint capabilities that answer key data detection and response use cases. * Closely interact with Cyberhaven’s current and prospective customers to deeply understand their spoken and unspoken needs, as well as the actual and perceived value of the Cyberhaven product to them. * Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help Cyberhaven identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning, as well as how these products are perceived by buyers and industry analysts. * Lead endpoint product development initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to address insider threats effectively. * Prioritize product roadmap to follow the product vision while ensuring that product is easy to sell and empowers sales to achieve near- and long-term revenue objectives, as well as drives the highest level of customer satisfaction. * Communicate product requirements and vision to the Engineering team. Write, edit and prioritize user stories; constantly communicate with engineers to clarify and refine user stories; track user stories as they’re being developed; set, track and enforce the Definition of Done. * Write and maintain clear requirements documents, ensure everyone on the team always understands what and why something is being built by the company. * Be an external spokesperson for the company, maintain social media presence and speak at conferences. Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches. Who you are * 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses * Experience with cross platform endpoint software and endpoint telemetry collection and other areas of endpoint security e.g. EDR, EPP, DLP is required. * Experience with large scale endpoint software deployments and the ability to consider the implications to users and the business. * A history of managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams * Must be comfortable, effective, and clear at communicating with company executives, customers, and engineers, and collaborate with a variety of internal groups including customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales * Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, as well as the ability to leverage your existing network to gather market and product intelligence * Deeply understand technology, have a strong intuition to estimate the complexity of product features, and ability to speak a common language with the engineers * Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms, building a product that meets the needs of large enterprises (RBAC, Directory Integration, Enterprise software deployment, performance management etc.) * Proven history of developing products that can meet the needs of a wide variety of large enterprise customers, yet can be built efficiently by engineering * Experience working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern user interfaces that simplify the lives our customers * Experience with data-driven approach to product decisions * Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European time zone and other teams in the US time zones * Located in Europe Joining Cyberhaven means joining the team building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise. Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Alan Shop

AlanEu, N, FR

From $40,000/yr

Health can’t wait. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. At Alan, we want people to find the right product to take care of themselves, as early and as easily as possible. Getting a new pair of glasses usually means an appointment, a lost prescription, 47 frames tried on in a store, and a two-week delay. Most people put it off for months. The Shop is how Alan members get glasses, lenses and well-being products in a few clicks, covered by their insurance when possible. Most e-commerce teams are incentivized to sell more. We're incentivized to get members the right product at the right time for their health. We're looking for a fullstack engineer to join the Shop crew. One brief: help our members choose what is right for them, when it is right for them, in a few clicks. Everything else, we figure out together. About the Shop crew The Shop crew is a fully autonomous product team that owns the whole lifecycle of the Shop: not just the code, but the whole business. Product managers, product marketers, ops specialists, designers, data scientists and engineers work side by side on one mission. What we've built so far: * An end-to-end optics experience: frames and lenses, virtual try-on, prescription scanning, and checkout priced against each member's coverage. * One commerce platform behind the whole Shop and its three verticals. * A growing well-being catalog: about 14 brands and 170 products today, thousands soon. The Shop is growing fast: more products, smoother flows, and an experience that's more and more integrated into the rest of Alan for our members. The crew needs to grow too, and that means plenty of new opportunities for engineers. What you'll do The Shop is one of the most varied crews in Alan Engineering. In the same week, you might: * Build integrations with our customized e-commerce back office, our in-house virtual try-on, suppliers and partner opticians. * Ship member-facing flows: dynamic catalogs, purchase flows tailored to each member's coverage, prescription scanning, returns, and out-of-pocket purchases like lens upgrades and extra pairs. * Scale the catalog beyond optics, with discovery and personalized navigation that still work at thousands of products. * Navigate legal ground: e-commerce rules, invoicing, France's 100% Santé reform, and supplier compliance. Selling medical devices is not like selling socks. * Help products reach members in the Alan app, in campaigns, and through Mo, our AI health assistant. A shop that can't promote its products is just a warehouse. * Work with ops on orders, deliveries and customer service, so a two-day delay never surprises a member. You won't just write code. You'll question supplier contracts, debate marketing copy, and debug prescription-scanning logic. Some days it feels less like building software and more like running a small business. That's the point. And the impact is direct: when someone orders their glasses faster, they literally see better, sooner. What we're looking for * 8+ years building scalable software, with full-stack experience across backend and frontend. * A strong product mindset. You want to understand the why before the how, and you enjoy working with members, ops, legal and marketing. * Ownership from start to finish: you frame the problem, ship the solution, and watch the numbers afterwards. * Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems. You help shape the scope instead of waiting for a spec. * Clear communication with non-engineers, in English (French is a plus, since our first market is France). * Humility, curiosity, and a real interest in making healthcare more accessible. Bonus points * Experience with e-commerce: catalogs, checkout, payments, order management, or a headless commerce platform like Saleor. * Curiosity about where e-commerce meets healthcare. * Experience with mobile (React Native) or with LLM-powered product features. How we work * Our stack: React and React Native on the frontend, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL on the backend, all in one monorepo. Saleor powers our commerce back office. * We deploy daily, and the engineers who make product decisions are the ones who build them. * We use AI coding agents every day to move faster and focus on the hard problems. * You own decisions, outcomes and a whole domain, and your incentive is to build what's best for members. The Engineering team ======================== In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves! Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems! Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them. Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it. Want to know more? We are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.. Important note: we hire people, not roles. ============================================== If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. People Operations Specialist

UForceEu, N, FR

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. About the role We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to help keep day-to-day People operations reliable, responsive and well organised as UFORCE grows. You'll support employees across the employee lifecycle by answering everyday questions, coordinating onboarding, handling employment verifications and background checks, and keeping employee records and documentation accurate and up to date. You won't be expected to know every process on day one. Working with the People Operations Lead, you'll learn our systems and workflows, take ownership of agreed routine tasks and know when to ask for guidance. Alongside daily operations, you'll contribute to projects that improve the employee experience and make our processes work better. This is an early-career role for someone with 2–3 years of HR or Talent experience who is proactive, detail-oriented and ready to build broader People Operations expertise. The role is fully remote, based in Ukraine or the EU. You'll report to the People Operations Lead. What you'll do * Be a day-to-day point of contact for employee People-related questions — providing clear, helpful responses, tracking requests and escalating unfamiliar or sensitive matters. * Coordinate onboarding with Talent, hiring managers, IT and other partners, keeping checklists and handoffs on track so new hires are ready for day one. * Handle employment verification requests using established procedures, with careful attention to accuracy and confidentiality. * Coordinate background checks, administer the provider's platform and follow up on outstanding cases, escalating findings to authorised decision-makers. * Maintain employee records in our HR systems, checking data, updating information and keeping documentation organised. * Prepare and maintain routine employee documentation under the People Operations Lead's guidance. * Keep trackers and process guides current, follow up on open tasks and flag delays or gaps before they become bigger issues. * Contribute to employee-lifecycle projects by helping improve workflows, refreshing documentation, and delivering agreed project tasks. * Work closely with the People and Talent teams and cross-functional partners to keep everyday operations moving. Required Skills * 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent, with hands-on involvement in coordination, employee or candidate support, and administrative processes. * Strong organisation and attention to detail: you can manage competing tasks, maintain clear trackers and check records and documents carefully. * A proactive approach to work: anticipate next steps, follow up without repeated reminders and flag issues early. * Clear, empathetic communication and a service mindset: keep people informed and handle questions thoughtfully. * A willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and processes, ask thoughtful questions and apply feedback. * Good judgment around confidential information and knowing when to involve your manager rather than guess. * Confidence using spreadsheets and digital tools, with the ability to learn HR systems. Nice to have * Experience in a startup or fast-growing company. * Exposure to onboarding coordination, HRIS/ATS administration, employment verifications or background-check platforms. * Experience supporting distributed or international teams. * Some working-hours overlap with US Eastern Time. The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You?
