The Journey Analytics team provides the technical foundation for a data-driven Essent. In recent years, the team has built a modern analytics platform to replace our previous marketing technology. Using technologies such as RudderStack and Amplitude, we collect and process behavioural data reliably. Our focus is now shifting towards the continued development, integration and governance of the platform. You will work with web analysts, data analysts, product teams, marketers and software engineers. The technical landscape and the dependencies between systems are complex. That is why we are looking for an experienced engineer who maintains a clear overview, provides technical direction and connects technology, people and processes. As a Senior Software Engineer Journey Analytics, you will focus on: * Further developing our data pipeline, with a focus on reliability, automation, scalability and governance * Integrating analytics solutions with websites, apps, marketing platforms and other digital systems * Developing and maintaining shared measurement standards, identification conventions and data collection rules * Advising teams on technical and functional decisions within analytics, marketing and personalisationImproving code, architecture, development processes and collaboration between different teams * Enabling insight into the complete customer journey across different channels Frank Haverkort, Engineering Manager: “In this role, you will be part of the Journey Analytics team. Together, we provide reliable behavioural data that enables Essent to make better decisions. You recognise yourself in this and in the following: * You have extensive experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript environments and Node.js * You have experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, preferably using GitLab CI * You have experience with Infrastructure as Code and technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform and Docker * You have experience with data pipelines, event-driven architecture and designing, building or managing analytics and tracking solutions * You have experience with technical decision-making and stakeholder management within a complex organisation Experience with RudderStack, Segment, Amplitude, session replay, A/B testing, Angular, React Native, data engineering or marketing technology is an advantage. Voor de uitbreiding van de sectie Bioanalyse binnen de afdeling Chemie zijn wij op zoek naar een Analist Analytische Chemie voor Bioanalyse Afdeling: De afdeling Chemie bestaat uit ongeveer 150 medewerkers verdeeld over de eenheden Analytische en Fysische Chemie, Environmental fate, Bioanalyse en Test Item Receipt and Formulation. Ons onderzoek is divers en we onderzoeken een veelheid aan stoffen met een uitgebreid modern laboratorium. Ons onderzoek is erop gericht om veilig gebruik van nieuwe stoffen mogelijk te maken. In de laboratoria wordt gewerkt met moderne analyse technieken zoals onder andere LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS en geavanceerde geautomatiseerde systemen.
