This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources. The Community Liaison must develop and execute sales plans that generate high-value clients. The ideal candidate for the Community Liaison position: has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry, the healthcare industry, or senior care industry has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately. Community Liaison Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc. Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation Package: includes base salary and monthly commissions/bonus for achieving new business goals Biweekly Direct Deposit Employee Assistance Program 401(k) plan Flexible Cafeteria Plan from Aflac. Job Title: IT System Administrator Reports To: IT Operations Manager Location: New Mexico – Various OVERVIEW An IT System Administrator provide evaluation, recommendation, design, implementation, administration, maintenance and support of a diverse set of information technology systems that support Intrepid Operations. JOB DUTIES Deliver first-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues via ticketing system, phone, and on-site support.
